After a day on the slopes, warm up by the two-story stone fireplace or soak in the outdoor hot tub under the stars. Belleayre Ski Center is only 7 minutes away, making this the ideal home base for ski season.
The chefâs kitchen is fully equipped with Silestone countertops, a 5-burner gas cooktop, warming drawer, and wine fridgeâperfect for preparing meals with family and friends.

Early or late check-in may be available for an added fee with at least 24 hoursâ notice. Same-day requests cannot be guaranteed due to cleaning schedules.

Avoiding 2WD or RWD vehicles in snow or icy conditions
The driveway is plowed and maintained in the winter, and a shovel is provided to help you clear walkways if needed.

This home is located in a rural area, surrounded by nature. While we professionally treat the exterior, insects or mice may occasionally find their way indoorsâespecially in cooler months when they seek warmth.
If you`re sensitive to wildlife or critters, this may not be the best fit for your stay.
Water & Septic System
The home runs on a private well and septic system, which is common in rural communities.
Please help us care for it by:
Conserving water during dry spells
Avoiding water games like sprinklers, kiddie pools, or Slip âN Slides

Standard check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM.
No changes to check-in or check-out times are possible from Memorial Day through Labor Day, or on holidays. Outside of those dates, time adjustments may be possible with at least 24 hoursâ notice and are subject to availability. An hourly fee may apply for significant changes.
We have awesome neighbors; help keep us awesome neighbors too.
- No parties. Only the number of guests on the reservation should be in the house without host approval.
- No smoking. If you must smoke, do so outdoors only and extinguish when done then put in the garbage.
- No pets. I know, we love them too.
- No ATV`s, snowmobiles, fireworks or firearms

Some reservations are non-refundable because the guest selected the discounted non-refundable rate at checkout, or because the booking was made close to the arrival date and falls within Airbnbâs non-refundable window.
