Purple Victorian Vacation Home near Belleayre

Charming, cozy, 5 br., 2 bath, home is sunny, clean, and spacious (2,680 sq. ft.), vacation home newly renovated in June 2020. Located in the heart of the Catskills: You will not find many places this close to the four-season resort at Belleayre Mt. Ski Center (2 min. by car) to Belleayre Mt. Ski Center and new Gondola, and a short drive to quaint Catskill hamlets and great restaurants.
X-country ski /bike/hiking trails accessed right from the backyard.

The space
Kitchen is well equipped with all the pots, pans, utensils and dishes your group needs to cook and serve meals.
5 bedrooms with 7 beds can sleep up to 10 people comfortably. One large bedroom has Queen bed, closet, desk area and dresser. 2nd large bedroom has Queen bed and closet. Two smaller bedrooms each have two twin beds. Fifth bedroom has a comfortable futon and is accessed through 2nd large bedroom. Ideal for parents with young children. Please note, the fifth bedroom does not have a door. It is connected to the first bedroom via a doorway.
Upstairs bathroom has an antique footed bathtub. Downstairs there is a half bath/laundry room off the kitchen and a separate large room with large walk-in shower with rain-shower head and on-demand instant hot water heater.
Living room has large screen TV (HD) and comfy sofas. There is a selection of board games available as well as reading material. Smart TV is set up for streaming if you use your own log in.
Outside, enjoy our lawn and garden areas, porch seating and patio seating.
This lovely Victorian is a comfortable, private setting for families or small groups. It is convenient to many local attractions including several wedding venues.

Guest access
Guests have full access to two story house except for basement and attic. Full access to yard, gardens, wrap around porch and patio with outdoor seating.

Other things to note
The house rules do not allow pets or smoking. It is a great location for families or groups of friends to stay, with room to spread out. All hardwood floors were recently redone so we request removing shoes when entering the house. We recommend bringing slippers or clean, soft soled shoes if you wish. This is in the country and there are BEARS and other wildlife in the area. Please do not leave food or garbage outside and exercise caution.
