Early Check-In & Late Check-Out – Subject to availability. A fee of $20 per hour applies for early arrivals or late departures. Please request in advance.

Pool Area Cleanliness – To maintain a clean and enjoyable space, please dispose of trash properly. Excessive trash left in the pool area will result in a $100 cleaning fee.

Check-In & Check-Out Process –Check-in details will be provided one day before arrival. A team member will personally meet you upon arrival to hand over the key. Upon departure, please inform us in advance so we can arrange key collection.

We had such an amazing stay at this beautiful home! The house was incredibly clean, spacious, and so comfortable for our group. With five bedrooms and plenty of room to spread out, it was perfect for relaxing without ever feeling crowded.The pool and patio area were definitely a highlight—such a great space to unwind and enjoy the weather.The location was also perfect—so close to the Malecón, the beach, and great food, which made everything super convenient and easy to enjoy.The host was fantastic—very attentive, responsive, and easy to communicate with from start to finish, which made everything stress-free.Overall, this home was exactly what we needed: peaceful, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

Beautiful home near the malecon

This house is perfect when going to puerto peñasco. We had went on a less busy day so the drive to the malecon and the beach were minute drives away (maybe longer when it’s busy). Homeowners were always quick to respond and made sure we were set throughout our trip. P.S. Bring a grupo/Banda to the house to have a fun night.
