- Well trained dogs older than 1 year are welcome here! We charge an additional fee of $50/pet for your entire stay and require proof of upto date vaccination record (rabies and distemper). We ask you to keep pets off sofa, throws, pillows, sheets, comforters. Excessive hair found on these will be charged extra.

- We provide one city issued parking tag that can be used to park nearby for free (Note: Capitol Hill is a dense neighborhood so street parking is available on a first come, first serve basis and can be hard to find). Do note that the availability of the parking tag is dependent on the previous guest returning it. In the event the permit is lost, we will let you know asap.

- You will need to climb stairs - there are 3 flights of stairs and 4 stories.

- There are security cameras at the perimeter of house. There are no cameras inside the house.
