Spacious 3 Bedroom Near Beach

Enjoy the convenience of location as well as the luxury of space in this 3 bedroom coastal retreat. Perfect for families, groups, or furry friends, the house is located just a quick drive away from the Funk Zone, State Street, the Santa Barbara Zoo, and the beach. Grab a bite in Montecito or stay in and enjoy the full kitchen and dining table for 6.
The space:
The property is close to the beach but walking is not suggested due to it being inland of the freeway. Downtown is about a mile away. The house is a full 3 bedroom, 2 full baths, and 1200sqft, which is a luxury in Santa Barbara. There are two rollaway beds, a washer/dryer, and two flat screen smart TVs for your use. We can also provide a baby crib in the unit, if requested prior to check-in.
Guest access
The entire house is yours! There are two fully fenced areas in the front and side of the house with bistro tables to enjoy a meal on. The driveway is all yours and can fit up to 3 cars if you park close together.
Other things to note:
There is no dishwasher in the unit--sorry! There are ceiling fans for each bedroom, and a forced air heater for the winter. Additionally, please note the location is in very close proximity to the highway. The property is located near the freeway and there is a slight road noise when outside.

Comfortable beds. Hideaway cots so our boys could all sleep in the family room. Easy access to the highway and close proximity to what we needed.

All rooms are clean, bathroom were ok, love the kitchen and living room. We had issue with sugar ants, 6 peoples and 5 days stayed at the place toilet papers provided only 1 extra rolls.

Pros: The house was very cozy & roomy for 5 ladies. Was clean, well appointed. Location was fairly easy to get too.Con’s: no air conditioning but was able to cool the house down by opening windows (not a dealbreaker). Driveway was narrow but ok.Would stay here again - abaolutely

21st Birthday!

We came to check out Santa Barbara for my sister’s 21st birthday and this was a solid spot. Close enough to get anywhere you want to go in less than 20 minutes of driving, easily Uber-able as well. We had plenty of room, and there was 7 of us!

Good option if you’re on a budget. Didn’t feel safe to stay there with the grandkids. The area around the home is pretty rough. The house was old and dated and it was small. Overall we would stay there again but not with kids.

Very poor (non-existent) communication with property owner about extending our visit 1 more night.

On arrival I immediately reported that none of the light w switches worked, but again, the owner ignored me. We had to take lamps from room to room... Hard to cook in the dark. Also, no heat.

Small for the price

The property was ok. Just a little small. The neighborhood was directly off the freeway and was a very crowded street with no parking. The driveway was short and off center of the street entrance. The check in time was 3:00 but we were not able to check in until 3:30 due to the cleaning lady still being there. During our stay, the cleaning lady came through the driveway to use the laundry area. Overall, we enjoyed our stay but would have liked a more seamless stay.

Great house but next to a small trailer park

We found the house to be very cute and well stocked. We appreciated the comfy beds (there are lots of them including pull out beds). The kids enjoyed it. It was very spacious and even had 2 bathrooms. Our only issue was that it’s next to a small trailer park. We really didn’t feel comfortable leaving the windows open at night But other than that it was a great experience.

Okay stay

Neighborhood wasn’t the best and right next to the freeway. Excellent location as far as being close to beaches and downtown SB. Clean house but lacking kitchen and bathroom items. RV Park directly next door.

Not location I hoped for

The location was in a crowded neighborhood with a 45 minute walk to town. Freeway next door. Inside it was newly furnished, clean and well stocked. I suggest taking "bedspreads " off the nice white couches. That is what was advertised in your photos . Also put dark blinds in the bedroom so people can sleep after daybreak. New towels please and a non slip mat in slick bathtub needed.

Perfect Location and set up!

Pros- location close to freeway, close to State St and beaches, very clean!!, private and safe, full kitchen, lots of rooms for kids/families, 2 bathrooms, high chair, tables for eating, little outdoor spaces, good communication from owner, nice beachy decor, heaters and fans for comfort. Cons- crowded neighborhood but typical for beach town in California, no washer/dryer- coin laundry nearby, looks small from outside- but great once inside! This was a great place to stay and I would stay again! We all had our own rooms and could make breakfast in the mornings. It was very fresh and open space, lots of nice light. Parking space was good! Close to everything we wanted to do!

Great house and very spacious!

We spent three nights and we had a great weekend despite the rain. The house was dog friendly and has a perfect small fenced in area that they can relieve themselves. The large living and dining room area is perfect for watching football and entertaining with two large sofas. You do hear the freeway when windows were open, but not a big deal. The proximity to the freeway made it super easy to get around.
