SituĂ© dans une rue calme, Ă  seulement cinq minutes Ă  pied de State Street se trouve cette maison espagnole bien-nommĂ©. Belle, confortable, Ă©lĂ©gant et chargĂ© avec charme. Cet Ă©tablissement est un refuge luxueux et relaxant au cƓur de Santa Barbara.

Vous trouverez à proximité des salles de dégustation de vins à la mode, une variété de boutiques et une abondance de restaurants, et un environnement de toute beauté naturelle. La maison est située à deux rues de la marche la plus pittoresque du monde / chemin en bordure de Cabrillo Boulevard et de la plage en cours d'exécution.

Salon et salle zones offrent amplement d'espace pour se détendre ou de divertir.

Unité est de deux chambres et une salle de bains avec baignoire / douche. La chambre principale dispose d'un CA king-size hÎtel W Signature lit, TV et espace de travail. La deuxiÚme chambre a deux lits jumeaux. La cuisine du cuisinier dispose de nouveaux appareils et est entiÚrement équipée avec tous les équipements dont vous aurez besoin pour dßner à la maison. Il ya plusieurs marchés locaux de agriculteurs à distance de marche.

This upstairs apartment was amazing. This was the best kitchen well-stocked with absolutely anything and everything a family could use for their stay. The beds were very comfortable. The location is perfect. The dining room was comfortable and large. The living spaces were full of charm. I would definitely try to stay here again.

This is my second stay at this property and I can’t speak more highly about it. The location is incredible - it’s literally blocks from the beach, State Street shopping and restaurants, the Amtrak train station, the super cool Funk Zone and so much more. The home is quintessential classic Santa Barbara - lovely classic features with modern touches. And don’t get me started on how comfortable the beds are! We can’t wait to come back and enjoy this beautiful space in this beautiful city.

The property was just as described, perfect! Clean, comfy, and spacious. The location is perfect, easy walking distance to both state street shopping, the beach, and the pier. Beds were super comfy and the kitchen was well stocked. We used the BBQ twice. The AC was also much appreciated as it was hot the days we were there. Thank you, we will definitely be back.

Great stay. Nice place. Comfortable furniture. Well equiped kitchen mostly but could use some glassware. Mugs only. Loved the spanish styling and decor. Espresso machine was a plus! Parking was a hassle with downstairs neighbor taking up most of our designated space with their rather large Sprinter camper van w bike rack. We were able to squeeze in but barely! Overall a very pleasant stay.

It was a perfect place for our 60th wedding anniversary, especially because we could also rent the lower floor apartment for our family members. The house is having an authentic atmosphere and is comfortably located very close to beach, peer and harbor. The house does need some window repair though, but that was a minor inconvenience since the weather was fine. Nice cooling fans in the bedrooms.

Perfect for a graduation stay

We were fortunate to have booked this lovely place well in advance of UCSB’s graduation. So much better than a hotel. It was exactly as advertised and it was fun when passerbys told us how much they liked “our” house. Only thing to be aware of is that the beautiful tree in the back drops beautiful flowers on cars parked underneath it. If you’re parking in the back, don’t wash your car before you come (a very minor thing, but worth knowing).

Comfortable and convenient

Beautiful inside and out. From booking to checkout everything went smooth. I appreciated that parking was provided. All the amenities I needed were avaliable. We were easily able to walk to the beach, restaurants and shopping. I would stay here again.

Amazing

It was the perfect place for my husband’s birthday celebration. Just a 20 min leisurely walk to Stearns Wharf. Beautiful weather. And my family loved the energy of this home. Thank you for allowing us to stay. My husband, 2 year old daughter and 17 1/2 senior dog enjoyed it.

Fun Time in SB

Totally relaxing time here! This is a wonderful location - close to downtown and the beach. This is the second time we stayed here - what a wonderful place. We hope to always stay here when traveling to SB.

wonderful location

We stayed for an entire month. The location was superb: close to beach walks, restaurants, and State Street. You'll never get bored. Ian responded to our concerns quickly, and the relationship was hassle-free. The property is beautiful but could use some upgrades for people who stay longer (like us), cook in a good bit, and spend many evenings at the apartment. But it is perfect for stays up to a week.

Fantastic Stay!

We had a great stay at this quaint historic property. We loved being close to all the activities, many within walking distance and had plenty of parking available on the street as well as as a designated parking spot on site which can be tricky in other areas we've stayed at. The house was clean and outfitted with everything we needed. The beds and linens were very comfortable. Communication with host was perfect, all information about property, check in/out, was readily available. We also enjoyed many of the recommendations on restaurants the host provided. Only observation is that the furnishings of the home are different that the photos, same exact layout, just different furniture that is showing signs of expected wear and tear for a short term rental. Will definitely consider this property again when visiting Santa Barbara. Highly recommend!

Quaint Santa Barbara Home

The location of this home is great for walking to the beach or heading towards State St. Comfy furniture, including the beds with multiple pillows. Cute kitchen with everything you might need. Appreciated the communication with Ian the host, including the list of recommendations for local restaurants. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would rent this home again in the future.

Perfect stay in heart of Santa Barbara

This apartment has it all. Great location

You can’t beat this location. A few blocks from beach and state street. Comfortably sleeps 4, lots of space. We needed to open the window to air things out and many of the screens are loose and dirty. That was our only complaint.

Lovely home, very comfortable, great location and walkability to Santa Barbara sites

Ian is a wonderful host. This is a very lovingly maintained and thoughtful home. Very comfortable and so easy to walk to the best parts of Santa Barbara. Really appreciated all the tips on restaurants. Great communication by Ian. Easy check-in and check out. Wish we could have stayed longer.

We grew up on California's central coast, and now make Santa Barbara our home. It is a wonderful place to live and we feel like we're vacationing in our own home town. This home is central to the Santa Ynez wine country, and just 90 minutes from Los Angeles.
