Welcome to Summerland Beach Oasis — your relaxed coastal getaway with sweeping ocean views and a cozy, lived-in warmth. This 3bd/2bth home sleeps 8 and invites you to slow down and savor every moment. Soak under the stars in the private jacuzzi, fire up the BBQ for dinners overlooking the water, and gather on the deck for breathtaking sunsets. Inside, soft coastal touches and comfy gathering spaces make it easy to unwind. Just minutes from downtown Summerland’s cafĂ©s, boutiques, and sandy beach!
This home is the spacious upper floor of a peaceful coastal duplex, accessed by a small set of stairs. Inside, you’ll find an open living and dining area designed for relaxing, cooking together, and enjoying time with family and friends. The home features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms — one with a king bed, two with queen beds, plus two full-size sofa sleepers in the living room for additional sleeping space.
Step outside to the large ocean-view deck, complete with comfortable outdoor seating, a private jacuzzi, and a BBQ overlooking the water — perfect for sunset dinners and morning coffee with sea breezes.
A washer and dryer are located on-site for your convenience. The space is warm, inviting, and set up with everything needed for an easygoing coastal getaway. Enjoy the peaceful setting while being just minutes from the shops, cafés, and beaches of downtown Summerland.

Family Reunion

We stayed here with our two sons, spouses and 1 year grandson. The house worked very well for us. The view alone is worth everything, and Summerland is a perfect location to get to SB and beyond.

Montecito Vacay

Thoroughly enjoyed our weekend vacation included a Twilight Tour of Lotusland, a breakfast at Stonehouse at San Ysidro Ranch and an exquisite dinner at Caruso’s at Rosewood at Miramar Beach. The Summerland Beach Oasis was an ideal location only a few minutes drive from these Montecito locations. We enjoyed the balcony view of the ocean and antique shopping in the quaint downtown Summerland. Aidan was quick to respond to any questions.

Great spot!

We had a great stay with Aidan who was also a responsive and friendly host. The views were lovely, space was clean, and everything we needed was nearby. A group of 8 stayed here with no issues and would recommend for any get togethers!

Great Family Flop Spot

We booked this spot as a place to crash while attending a tournament in Santa Barbra. Perfect location with easy access to everything. House was great - host was responsive and made everything easy.

Our stay at the Driftwood Club was great. The location was ideal for our stay in the Santa Barbara area. The house was close to restaurants of all types and gave easy access to the highway without the road noise. And the view.... the view from the front balcony was incredible. The accommodations were clean and as advertised. The kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed for our 3 day stay. The house is older and has it's floor squeaks and slants but that's just character! Our only issue was that the hot water was just warm but with a quick message to our host the problem was identified (Hot water heater was dialed down) and fixed! Thank you for making our stay in the area easy and enjoyable!

Girls Weekend

We reserved this Airbnb for a girls weekend to celebrate the bride to be! The location and the house was absolutely spacious and perfect! The common areas and bedrooms were clean. However, the bathrooms could have been a little cleaner as one of them had mold in between the tiles on the wall. The owner/property management had good communication skills and the property had a decent amount of parking! The overall stay was amazing with a breathtaking view.

Our family came together for my daughter's wedding in Carpenteria. I was looking for a place with space - and this turned out to be a great option. My 88 year old father loves a good sundeck - and this was perfect. He sat outside and enjoyed the ocean view every day. The 3 bedrooms were great - even has 2 king beds! The house is older, so the floors are a little uneven, and it shows some wear, but this does not detract from the stay. The kitchen is modern and the dining table was large enough for a family of 6-8 to sit around easily. There is no AC, but we found it was not needed, as it cools down quite a bit in the evenings. The location is 5 miles between Carpenteria and Santa Barbara - which would be perfect for someone wanting to explore both charming cities. Thank you for a great stay!

Spring Break Getaway

We had a lovely time staying in Summerland for the kids’ spring break. The town is adorable! Quaint Main Street with shops and restaurants within walking distance (if you can handle the steep incline back home). The firemen at firehouse down there was so adorable. They greeted our kids and gave them toy fire hats and posed for pics with their trucks. I can’t recommend this town enough! The house met our needs just fine. Great Service

Aiden had a crew respond very quickly when we couldn't enter house due to a lock mix-up. He then brought flowers and wine to make up for mishap. He was an outstanding communicator and host. House is a great as well.

Lovely view and location

This home has a lovely view and great location. Great and easy communication with property manager. He was very easy to work with. Not a lot of road noise from 101 (which is great as many SB homes suffer from freeway noise). Well equipped kitchen. Beds and bedrooms were comfortable. Plenty of clean bedding and towels. Very odd TOO LARGE "table" takes up too much room between living room, kitchen, and bedrooms. Also odd, there is a fireplace stuffed behind the living room sofa and a lamp. Only complaint is there were many bare light bulbs and bathroom water fixtures were quite old and difficult to turn. In sum: We had a very nice stay and will certainly consider this home again in the future.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Summerland Oasis! It was a great location and space to host my family for my wedding weekend. The location was just a short drive to the Santa Barbara courthouse which made everything convenient.
