Brand New Luxury House just 10 minutes to Downtown. Perfect retreat for a large family or group. Fully fitted with brand new never furniture inside and brand new patio furniture, hot tub, fire pit and covered gazebo outside, to enjoy relaxing evenings surrounded by nature. Only 5 minuets drive to Chickamauga Lake and just 10 minutes to downtown where you can find all the main attractions, such as Rock City, Ruby Falls, The Incline Railway, The Tennessee Aquarium, Chattanooga Zoo, Historic St.Elmo Town Dating back to 1885. Take in some natural beauty walking or biking the 15-mile Tennessee Riverpark (or just some of it) that runs adjacent to the Tennessee River or hike one of the nearby trails on Lookout Mountain, including two of the most scenic views at Chickamauga National military's Point Park and Sunset Rock.
Additional Roll out bed with memory foam mattress included that can be used in any bedroom or living area (total of 6 beds for all guests.

Great for weekend getaway

We rented the property for a short long weekend getaway after the holidays. The house was very clean and spacious. We especially enjoyed the hot tub during the cold weather. The close proximity to downtown Chattanooga was great as well. We would definitely stay again on another trip to Chattanooga.

Family Trip

We enjoyed this stay so much! The house was perfect, equipped with everything needed. It is on a somewhat busy street so just had to be careful with kids. Hot tub is nice in the evenings. 15 min drive to Chattanooga, would definitely stay here again! Robert was wonderful and responsive.

Last minute trip

We decided to get away for a few days and found this house which was perfect for our needs. Not too far from downtown and lookout mountain. Kids loved the hot tub!

Long weekend get away!

My family and our dogs spent the weekend at this wonderful getaway for a camper van expo. We brought our two teenagers and our adult child and they had a blast in the hot tub and home! The dogs loved the fenced in back yard. Everything was super clean. The house was overstocked with everything you would need. Most places only supply you with the day one basics and you buy more. That was not the case here, large laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, toilet paper for a week and paper towels, too! Check in was easy and check out was too. Clean up was a breeze at check out. They told us not to worry about stripping the beds, towels, dishes, or garbage. Just turn out the lights and leave the garage door opener. Rob was super easy to work with & very accommodating for our situation. Our communication was very responsive and he always said not to hesitate to text or call if we needed anything. Highly recommend! We will stay again if we are ever in the area!

Great Stay

Had a great stay. There were eight of us staying and there was plenty of room. The beds were comfortable, the home was clean, the kitchen was well stocked, and the towels were fluffy. The host was easy to communicate with. The personal touches were unexpected: fresh baked goods and fresh flowers. The rules for checkout were brief and reasonable. Very easy to get to all the tourist attractions, stores, and restaurants. The stay was exactly what we needed. The home is lovely.

A newly built luxury home designed to perfection in every room. It has been decorated and furnished from top to bottom with no expense spared, with every luxury you could wish for while you stay. The huge fenced in back yard has real charm and all the privacy you may want. The hot tub is a state of the art Luxuria Spa Model Legacy 6-Person 88-Jet includes Wi-Fi Speaker sound system. The back patio has been beautifully furnished with wicker patio furniture nestled under a gazebo for shade and a fire pit to keep you and your friends cozy after a relaxing soak in the hot tub.

Myself and my team spend approximately 3 months to furnish each luxury property with all the high end furniture and appliances a guest could wish for while enjoying their stay with any of our rental properties. We have also very carefully selected the premium locations that would prove to be most convenient for our guests to stay. Thew locations will typically always be very close to all the best restaurants and attractions in that area, while still offering privacy and the feeling of a true luxury vacation or break away from the hustle and bustle of our busy lives.
