Located in the heart of Pacific Beach near Crystal Pier, this condo has everything for your perfect vacation getaway. Fully upgraded and beautifully decorated two-bedroom apartment with new carpet, stainless steel appliances, Keurig Coffee, Covered Patio, new paint.
Only steps away from world famous pacific beach boardwalk, pier, pristine beaches and all of the nightlife that PB has to offer. The condo has towels, beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, boogie boards for beach activities.
Centrally located condo in the gated complex in the heart of beautiful pacific beach. Restaurants, bars, beach, night life is all walking distance. Assigned parking inside a covered garage. (Clearance - 6’ 4”)
Condo has two bedrooms with two fully upgraded bathrooms. Cook in the fully upgraded kitchen. Watch the crowd from the private patio.

We would like to make our guests have no surprise and know exactly what to expect in this amazing Pacific Beach most happening location !!

Our home is ideally located in the heart of the beach action that we absolutely love and ofcourse not to mention, those who are young at heart love it too.
t's no surprise that ocean waves are a popular choice for soothing sleep sounds. For many people, the rhythmic crashing of water onto sand and rock can be quite calming and deeply relaxing. We love people watching the views, the restaurants, nightlife, and the beach atmosphere of Pacific Beach and the downtown feel of it has to offer. There is a bar across the street from our condo. Sometimes it is noisy (sometimes a live band) and sometimes it is quiet too. We do offer noise reduction ear buds in case if it bothers much. We understand, everyone has different sleep habits, we want you to be aware of this ahead of your reservation.
Please do not book if you believe this is going to be a big concern for you.

Absolutely Fantastic Property in PB
The property was exactly as described and shown and in fact, even better. Vaulted ceilings and ability to open French doors in the main room and bedroom to the deck overlooking PB and the ocean was the chef’s kiss. Outside patio has seating, grill and a nice fire pit. Beds were very comfortable, even the futon style couch that my son slept on was better than your typical pull-out couch. Extremely clean and tastefully decorated. Garage is small but a nice perk. Right off of Cass & Turquoise so you can walk straight down Turquoise to the beach or down Cass to head to the heart of PB. The French Gourmet is right next door and we got our coffees and breakfast every day from there. Within walking distance of some great little coffee shops and some fun neighborhood restaurants. A must is walking down Turquoise to grab Oscars. Be prepared to wait because of its popularity. But well worth it for the best seafood tacos I’ve ever had. Can’t wait to come back and explore more of the neighborhood. Highly recommended!!

I can’t say enough nice things about this experience. The space accommodated is well and was equipped with everything we needed for a great indoor and outdoor experience. The location and proximity to the beach and local restaurants was perfect. And, our host, Sachin, was so thoughtful and attentive without being overbearing. If we head this way again, we will definitely look for this rental next time! Thank you, Sachin!

What a wonderful place. The beds were so comfortable. The bathrooms clean and shower was great. Everything you need. Enjoyed sitting on both balcony’s and people watch. Thank you to the host for great communication. Would definitely stay again
