Our interaction with guests by phone, email, and text are in an effort to ensure that our guests are in the know, feel prepared, and completely at ease while staying with us. We are available 7 days a week from 10a-6pm PST, and after hours in case of emergency!



• Booking Process: After booking, you must complete our electronic rental agreement and an identity verification to access your guest portal. Check-in details, including a custom door code and property information, are available in the portal after all requirements are completed.

• Booking Policy: The HOA of this property requires a minimum of 6-nights per guest reservation. Arrivals are not permitted on the following Holidays: Independence Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year's Day.

• Check-In/Out: Check-in is 3 p.m. (4 p.m. in summer). Check-out is 11 a.m.

• Group Travel: We manage multiple units in this building. Please inquire if you need more space for a larger family or group.

• Property Note: This is a privately owned vacation home. Furnishings and decor may occasionally be updated and differ slightly from the photos.

• Pet Policy: Pets are NOT permitted.

• Rate Policy: Rates fluctuate daily. Pricing at the time of booking is the confirmed rate.

• Age Policy: We typically do not rent to guests under 25 or to large groups. Please contact us prior to booking if your group requires an exception.

• Climate Control: The condo does not have central A/C. It is equipped with radiant heaters for cooler evenings and enjoys a wonderful ocean breeze. Portable fans are provided and can be found in bedroom closets. Portable a/c units are available to rent at an additional cost. Please contact us to reserve.

• Laundry: Coin-operated laundry machines are conveniently located in the gated underground parking garage.

• Beach Gear Provided: We provide a variety of beach accessories, including beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and boogie boards!

• Starter Kit: We provide a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, soap, and detergents. All linens, bath towels, and beach towels are also included.

• Traveling with Children: Baby equipment, including a pack ‘n play, high chair, and crib, is available to rent at an additional cost for your convenience. Please inquire for details.
