We had a great time at the Cozy Cabin! We were there for a wedding, 5 minutes away, so it was very convenient. Everything was clean. The kitchen and bathrooms were well equipped for our needs. Check in and check out was easy and straight forward!

Great Vacation Location

Wonderful cabin, nice lanai and outdoor picnic area. Well stocked kitchen and overall. Great neighborhood beach.

Best stay of a lifetime

Spent my sons 19th birthday weekend, and it was the best time ever, all very clean and neat. Had everything that we needed and definitely will be booking again

Great lake getaway

The Cozy Cabin is a great little spot near Ossipee Lake. The bedrooms and loft are very comfortable, the toys upstairs were a hit, and the outdoor fire pit was great. We love the area, and we’d definitely rent here again.

Ski trip!

Thank you for another great stay! This time we brought our friends and their kids! We all had the best time and were so comfortable in this cozy cottage. It has everything you might need and is extremely clean! Perfect for our families!

The house was very well stocked with all necessities and very clean. The host was excellent with the communication. The house was perfect for my husband and I and our 3 young children. They loved the loft area!

Cute cottage

We had a great time there. They had the place stocked. The only thing we couldn't find was pot holders/ oven mitts. We lit a fire almost every night. The two bathrooms were essential and nice. Lots of trails and the beach isn't far too walk. Anybody who comes here should go to Meredith for thesculpture walk solution

Short winter getaway

Went for a couple of nights midweek for a break from routine. House is as advertised, and Karen was very accommodating. We X-country skied in Jackson (about 45 min away) and shopped in N Conway. Cabin is cozy, warm, and up to date. Hadsa very relaxing time.

Amazing weekend

We stayed at cozy cabin for a wedding weekend and had many laughs and good times. The hosts Mark and Karen weee such a pleasure to work with. They tried to make the experience warm and welcoming and they certainly achieved that. Upon arriving there was an easy keyless entry. When inside we were welcomed with a beautiful basket with wine, jam, and chocolates. I would truly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great getaway. We hope to be able to stay again sometime.

Lovely cabin stay

We had a lovely Christmas here, the place was clean and had everything we could need. Good communication before we arrived and the hosts went above and beyond to make sure we had everything to make it a lovely Christmas holiday for us putting up decorations and even leaving a gift for the kids under the tree! The place had lots of toys and books to entertain the kids and plenty of games for the adults too. A great place to access some hikes and a short drive to the slopes. This was a great place to teach our 5year old to ski. Would definitely recommend and would love to come back.

So cozy

Arrived here with family and friends, and were pleasantly surprised. Pictures don’t do it justice. It was cozy without feeling cramped, very well decorated and appointed very clean, beds were comfortable. It was easy to check in. Loved listening to the whispering Pines in the wind. Got a love New Hampshire and this was a great way to do it. Highly recommend. Thank you so much for sharing!

Long weekend ski trip!

We loved staying at the cottage! We took our 9 and 6 year old to King Pine for their first ski lessons which was only a few minutes away. The cottage was adorably decorated, very clean, and well appointed. It was perfect for a young family with plenty of space and everything we needed. The owner was attentive and thoughtful leaving a little gift for us upon arrival. The only thing I would recommend is a railing for the stairs to the loft, it can be a little steep for smaller kids. We will definitely be back! Thanks again for a great weekend!

Great for the family

We stayed 5 nights with our 3 kids (16, 15 and 12) and had a great time. Loft area is spacious with two bedrooms on main floor, just like the description. (There are toys and a play area in the loft- but the stairs can’t be blocked off for young children.) There are also some games in the basement along with the bigger bathroom and laundry. Lake access was clutch- very close to property and has bathrooms, a large sandy area with lots of picnic tables and a dock in the swim area. There is a marina very close and we rented a boat for the day too.

A good stay overall!

The cottage was very convenient to a horseback riding clinic at Freedom Farm... We were pooped at the end of the day and found the cottage restful and comfortable for the most part. The beds were a bit too soft for our taste and we had to hunt for the toilet paper holder (it was on a shelf nearly behind one). These were minor issues. A good option especially for a family... we didn't take advantage of the loft beds or the well outfitted basement, but a family would. Also, the proximity to the lake was not too helpful in late fall!
