Great stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect rental for large group. Location was ideal - away from the crowds but close enough if you want to join in. Saw bear in the yard a couple times, which was very exciting. Cabin was clean as was the hot tub. Really enjoyed sitting on the porch and the quiet of the area. Be aware that, although this cabin sleeps a large group of people, the kitchen has very little to accommodate feeding a group of 10. No large stock pot or larger bowls or enough storage containers. Best to bring your own unless you are not eating in. There are two refrigerators which was fantastic since we needed both. I would recommend this cabin and would rent again.

Thank you for sharing your review! We are glad you enjoyed the quiet location, clean cabin and hot tub, porch, and exciting bear sightings. We also appreciate your helpful feedback regarding the kitchen supplies for larger groups and will share it with our team. Its great to hear the two refrigerators were useful, and we would truly love to welcome you back again!! Remember, as a repeat visitor you will save 10% on future stays. Great Experience!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very happy with Hawks Vue. Plenty of room for everyone and the private bathrooms were a plus. Kitchen could be stocked better with baking dishes, storage containers, and can openers that work (there were 3 and only one would work with some effort). Location was perfect and Management was very responsive. The only negative was the cleaners did not have it ready when I confirmed our arrival ( we were notified, but did not see the test, as we were driving, but it was okay, we enjoyed the view and the men played basketball while we were waiting( we were also very happy that they let us in to use the restroom while waiting. We definitely will be returning.

We had a group of six adults and three kids, and there was plenty of space for everyone. The cabin was spacious, comfortable, and had so many activities that both the adults and kids had plenty to enjoy throughout our stay. The hot tub was especially enjoyable for the adults, and everyone had fun with the pool table, game console, and movie room. There was always something to do when we were relaxing at the cabin. The cabin truly lives up to its Hawk’s View name! The mountain views were beautiful, and one of our favorite parts of the trip was sitting in the rocking chairs on the porch each morning with our coffee and taking in the scenery. We even got to see deer in the field and valley next to the cabin, which made the experience even more special. The location was great, and the roads leading to the cabin were easy to drive and well maintained. The cabin was clean when we arrived and stocked with the starter supplies exactly as advertised. We did have one issue with a ceiling fan and light not working. When I called the customer service number, they were very helpful and sent someone out the same day. Unfortunately, the issue wasn't able to be repaired during our stay, but we appreciated how quickly they responded and tried to address it.Overall, we had a wonderful stay and made some great family memories. Between the beautiful mountain views, spacious accommodations, entertainment, and peaceful mornings on the porch. We would definitely stay here again!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Located within the cabin is a notebook with all the instructions. One suggestion is to email this out in advanced so it can be reviewed prior to the stay. Also, for any future guests, there were 0 seasonings, even salt and pepper upon arrival so I would suggest bringing all. Bar soap is available in the bathrooms for handwashing so bring your own liquid soap if you prefer. The rooms are all a great size. The decks are beautiful and well maintained. The TVs are smart TVs and just make sure to review the theater room instructions.

Lovely Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a very nice cabin. The only complaint I had was the location. I did realize that it was farther out, but I did not realize it was so far up the mountain. It's a very winding trek, that actually made me nauseous, until my husband took the drive a little slower every time. But it was a very good vacation, and even seen 2 bears on our first morning in the grass clearing nearby, and one ventured up on our deck railing one night and left footprints.
