It’s more than a hangout, a meeting place or a watering hole. It’s The Gathering Place for family and friends to enjoy making fond memories and capturing great moments.

Right in the heart of a serene country community, this 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home is just 10 minutes from downtown Waco and Baylor University. Beautiful old growth trees and a spacious front circle driveway welcome you to an entire acre of land. Having just undergone a high quality craftsman remodel, the home features two primary suites and beautiful custom tile work in the walk-in showers. The kitchen boasts a simple yet modern feel with all new appliances, custom cabinetry and marble countertops. A spacious main level living area gives you all the comforts of home with amazing views. Lots of new energy efficient windows and a decorative fire place. This spacious and extraordinary abode is a rare gem.

Guest will have access to the entire home with exception of one locked closet.

Other things to note
Must be 21 or older to book. Verification of ID required. Will make exceptions for first responders, active duty military and newly weds.

Please respect our neighbors and keep the noise to a minimum.

Smart TV in living room. App and local channels only. No cable.

150 pound weight limit on upper bunk beds. Lower beds are normal weight limit.

The communication was excellent! The house was vey clean. When we were in need of a few additional amenities, they got them to us. With 6 adults and 5 growing children, there was room for all but we did max out the space. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood, yard and fire pit.Thank you for the use of your home..

Wedding weekend

We stayed here as our son was getting married at the nearby wedding venue. The accommodation is furnished beautifully and the kitchen contained everything you could want to use. It served us very well as a base for the wedding and we had a wonderful gathering the night before. There was very little asked of us upon checkout which made it quick and easy. Overall we had a lovely stay and would highly recommend this property.

Clean and quiet

The Gathering Place is well-suited for Waco stay. Very clean and comfortable beds. The bunkbed room is small for adults, but would be fine for children. A little farther from downtown than I would have liked, but booking on short notice, I had little choice.

Weekend at Waco Surf with the Boys

My family and two other families took our four boys to Waco Surf for a last "soak up the Summer" trip. The four bunk beds were perfect! The three specious bedrooms and bathrooms accommodated the rest of us so well. The best mattress I've ever slept on! Quiet sweet little country neighborhood, complete with a friendly orange cat who would visit you during your morning coffee in the yard. (We called him Rusty). Loved it all. We'll be back for sure. perfect.

GLOT Stay

Everything was amazing with the house and with the ladies I communicated with. The only issue was with the size of beds and bedrooms in bedroom 1 with the twin bunk beds. Not the properties fault. But just a heads up they aren’t big enough for adults over 5’ tall and 150lbs. So we’ll need to find something more accommodating for seven grown Men for next year.
