But in this spectacular rental home; The Blue Pearl; you can instantly gratify this need for sensational vistas from the private balconies overlooking the crashing waves of the Gulf Coast waters! Make your first order of the day to breathe in the fresh ocean breezes with a walk along the beach and fulfill the desire to dig those toes into warm sand; after all your back yard is the Gulf Coast Ocean. The interior layout of The Blue Pearl was designed to maximize the opportunity to take in the ocean view from the living room and dining area. Sliding glass doors off the dining room lead to a private Ocean and Pool view balcony. The kitchen adjoins the dining and living room; creating a floor plan that makes it easy for entertaining the family or a group of friends. Enjoy the 65' 4K TV while relaxing in the grand room. For additional sleeping enjoy the memory foam sleeper sofa. The Fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances offers a breakfast bar that seats 6 with an additional 12 at the custom dining table. The layout of the bedrooms is ideal for families or groups of friends. Located on the third level is a guest bedroom with a plush queen bed; flat screen TV and bath. You?ll need to flip a coin for the enviable master king suite that has the ocean view; plus a door that leads directly to the outdoor balcony. Located on the second level is an additional queen bedroom and bunk room with two twin over twin bunk beds. Both bedrooms have a flat screen HDTV. Enjoy the family room with a sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress. The Family Room can be converted to a 6th bedroom with double bed foldout. The first floor offers a queen guest bedroom with flat screen TV and full size bath. Enjoy access to the elevator and 2 car garage. The shared pool and beach walkover is literally right next to the expansive backyard. A major decision each day could be whether to enjoy the sun at the beach or pool side. And when it's time to go dining; shopping; or enjoying the nightlife; Port A is close by. Ahhh ... life in paradise is good! Located just 7 minutes from Port A; North Padre Island restaurants/activities. This property is equipped with surveillance on the exterior and entrance.

The house was fabulous but the a/c never got the 1st and 2nd floors below 80. I called the management company, left a message but never heard back from them. It was also difficult getting clear communication when we would get full check-in instructions and when the finally came they lacked the alarm code which was armed. Those issues combined with the price rate this one of the worst vrbo stays I have had.

Great spot And perfect for the stay!
I booked the house for a nice little get together with family. About 15 total and everyone was comfortable. Had plenty of great spots to hang out. The property was cleaned and even power washed the decks! Spent a few days playing games in the living room and decks. Walk to the pool was short and sweet! Loved the beach! Also very close! Overall a perfect stay in my opinion! Loved it!

Girls trip 2022 The Blue Pearl
The home had bautiful views and we loved every minute of it. The misquitoes were horrible and we understand you had no control over that. A few tips and things that we were disappointed with. I understand that this is probably a corporate rental. It didn't have a homey feel. There is a disadvantage in that you don't get the benefit of pool toys and beach chairs like most family rentals would have. We had to bring our own beach towels. Other rentals that we have used in the past, we have benefited from basic condiments and cooking aids.

Excellent Getaway For My Girlfriends 40th Birthday
This was the perfect venue to host my Girlfriends 40th Birthday Party. I hired a local chef to prepare our dinner and invited a few close family members participate. We all had a lovely time. The Beach house was beautiful. Three spacious floors of rooms and seating areas. Enough room to accommodated us and the few family members who may have been a little to intoxicated to drive back to San Antonio after the party. It rained the whole weekend we were there, but the views from the balconies of the beach house were excellent, so we didn't mind the rain so much. I also appreciated the elevator, because having to haul all our stuff up two and three flights of stairs would have been a pain. All-in-all I loved it. Pricey, but worth it.

Guest Survey
Overall the Blue Pearl was great; however, there were a couple of issues that we experienced. First, it appears that the bedsheets were not changed prior to arrival. We felt sand in the bedsheets on two or three of the beds and had to dust off the sheets. The handle on the kitchen microwave was broken. On the deck of the second level, two of the chairs did not have cushions. I don't know if you manage the community pool, but it was dirty the whole time we were there. We were there from Monday through Saturday morning and the pool was not cleaned until Friday afternoon.
