Cette fabuleuse nouvelle maison haut de gamme de 3 étages offre 5 chambres à coucher 3. 5 salles de bain et est directement sur la plage. Les deux ponts de 14x30 pieds aux deuxiÚme et troisiÚme étages offrent certaines des meilleures vues que Port A a à offrir. Au 3Úme étage, vous trouverez le salon ouvert, la cuisine et la salle à manger: un endroit parfait pour se réunir le soir. Il y a aussi une chambre Queen et une salle de bain à cet étage. Au deuxiÚme étage, vous trouverez la chambre principale - qui est à tomber par terre; il a un lit king size et une salle de bain attenante avec une baignoire, avec vue sur l'océan. Le deuxiÚme étage propose également une chambre lit queen-size, ainsi que la chambre avec lits superposés. La chambre avec lits superposés propose deux ensembles de lits superposés - un ensemble comprend un lit gigogne. Il y a une salle de bain partagée pour ces deux chambres.

Le rez-de-chaussĂ©e est l'endroit oĂč vous trouverez la cinquiĂšme chambre et une salle de bain - il offre Ă©galement un jumeau avec un lit gigogne. Amazing views, house, and all around location. I was able to bring my fur babies, which is critical for me . I would recommend an indication that it’s located at back the park of the luxury RV Park
I was confused and thought I was lost upon arrival. Once, I found it, I was in awe. A lot of people walking by asked me about the property as they were interesting in staying there in the future. Will most definitely book this property again.

Great Stay

My friends and I had a fun time at this beach house! Overall a great location and nice house. The property could have been cleaner. Took off 1 star for check in because there was a slight delay as well as the 5th bedroom is tricky to find with no clear instructions.

It's called The Pearl for a reason

The view from the upper deck was amazing. We loved the open living area and kitchen. It was very close to the beach. We really enjoyed the hot tub and the elevator was an added bonus for out parents.

Fantastic stay

We really enjoyed our stay in Port A. The house was large enough for our group of 12 to all have some space. The third story balcony had the best view of the ocean! The property management was very quick to respond with any questions we had, and the maintenance man even came on site and built ramps for my brother to get over the small door lips in his wheelchair so he could make it onto the balcony. If you are in need of an accessible home, just know that there are several 3-4” lips to doorways in and around the home, and there is not a shower that is wheelchair accessible. But for the average vacationer, this home was a real hit.

Great View

We really enjoyed our stay! The location was awesome and the neighborhood is great! Only one issue with some of the lighting but maintenance was out very quickly and had it repaired. I would definitely recommend this property for a group looking to literally be right on the beach.

Excellent family vacation

This property allowed for plenty of room for a family of adults, had AMAZING views from the 2nd and 3rd floor balconies, and had an elevator to help with loading/unloading. Walking to the beach or taking the golf cart over the boardwalk was a breeze. We enjoyed our stay and the house!

Annual vacation

The property was in a great location. Large enough for 3 generations to spread out. Really enjoyed our stay. Only negative thing was the bottom bedroom did not have a shower as it is only a half bath. All agreed in our party that they would stay there again.

Great location

Excellent location and located in a very clean and well kept RV park. The house is as described. Bathrooms are nice, bedrooms overall spacious. We didn’t really use any TVs, but they seemed new. Kitchen was well equipped, the living room comfy. Cleanliness could’ve been better. The dishwasher was old and barely functional. Nothing was dirty, just not “clean”

Great Family Vacation!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a group of 10, ages 2 to 68. We all had a blast the Pearl! There was plenty of room for all of us. The view couldn’t be beat, we loved spending time out on the large deck enjoying the cool Gulf breeze and looking out and taking in the sights and sounds of the waves. The home seemed fairly new and well maintained, great AC, appliances all worked well, and kitchen was well appointed. My only suggestion was that maybe they could replace the grill, it has seen better days but it was convenient that they had one at the house. The elevator made it easy to bring everything in and pack it all back out, since the main floor is the third floor (best views!). Our grandkids loved all the sand toys and boogie boards provided. I’ve been coming to Port A for over 50 years and have stayed in many condos and home rentals. The Pearl is by far the nicest we’ve found so far, to fit our big family. We hope to return to it next year, as we come every year to PA.

Nice beach trio

Two of my kids and their spouses joined me for a four day weekend. The house was nice. I have arthritic knees and enjoyed the elevator. We wanted a nice view and we were well satisfied. I will plan another stay here.

Great place for large families

The property location absolutely cannot be beat! The views and proximity to the beach are what made us rent this house a 2nd year. Minor maintenance issues exist but no different from any high turnover property- and they address issues same day. Beautiful place for us and our adult children to vacation.

Good Views in Port Aransas

Conveniently located near the beach with good views. Many repairs needed, not a special needs/ handicap friendly facility. All doors to balconies broken. Would stay again without elderly guests or children.

Gorgeous view

This house was perfect for our family and dogs. The main room is bright and open. Lots of windows. Warning you need to be able to climb stairs. The elevator was not available to us. The bathrooms were well decorated and the location was just a short walk from the boardwalk to the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Royalty Vacation

This was our first trip to Corpus Christi and the home was wonderful! It was perfect for our family. The views were to die for and it was a short walk to the ocean. The home was clean but could use a few small fixes (stairway handrail-third floor patio door-TV's didn't work due to parts being stolen). Tracy was amazing and quick to reply when we couldn't figure out the TV situation (it was raining!) We HIGHLY recommend this home. We made memories that will last a lifetime!!

Good Stay but house needs TLC

Great location, beautiful views. House was clean but has maintenance issues (pealing paint AC vents, ceiling fan not working, loose hand rails etc). Biggest disappointment was the outdoor furniture which is very uncomfortable and in disrepair. The view off the balcony is great, but poor furniture made it difficult to enjoy. We had a couple of issue during our stay, but the property managers we very responsive in resolving.
