The property is a duplex. This listing consists of one of the units, which has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathroom. The home has a washer / dryer, full kitchen, and a private backyard area with a above ground pool and patio for lounging.

The home comes with 2 complimentary parking spots. Once parked, you walk along left side of the building to your unit door.

You use a keyless keypad to enter the home. Type in the code and welcome yourselves to our open layout 3bd/2ba!

A: Very much so. 24 hours a day.

Q: Do I need to bring towels, a hair dryer, or linens?
A: Nope! we provide all these things. We also provide you a `starter-pack` of toilet paper for you and your group.

Q: When can I check in or check out?
A: Check in is 4pm and check out is 10:00am. Early check ins can be difficult if there are guests who checked out same day. We ask for an early check-in, or a late-check out fee, if you request either..

Q: Luggage Drop-Off / Storage?
A: If you do not have flights that coincide with our check-in and checkout times, you may store your bags in the home for check-in starting at 1pm. For check-outs, you may keep your bags in the space until 12 noon. If these storage times do not help, you may use Radical Storage to store your bags for your optimal time :)

Q: Can I come and go as I please?
A: Yes. And we wouldn`t trust any listing with which this isn`t the case.

Q: What about parking?
A: We have two parking spots for you on the property :)

Q: Is the place professionally cleaned between guests?
A: Yes, and we take pride in providing a clean home for guests.

Q: What`s my total booking price?
A: We honestly have no idea. With fees included, it only shows the guest how much they pay. This figure should be present after you enter your dates. Note that, pricing varies on a daily basis, and it actually uses some crazy algorithm to adjust it automatically, so I don`t actually control this.

Q: Are the beds comfortable?
A: Very. Some guests say they`re the best they`ve ever slept on!

This property is excellent. Clean and nicely furnished and renovated. The owners are great communicators. Check in is easy. 100% recommend staying here.

Perfect stay

This house is close to a job we are working on. It is very convenient to shopping/food/entertainment. The house is clean and exactly as pictured. The hosts are very attentive and quick to respond. We highly recommend this property.

First family trip to West Palm Beach

We loved the home. It was clean, comfortable, and perfect for my little family. The pool was clean, and they had someone come check on it in the mornings. It was definitely an added bonus to the trip for my youngest child. The host's were very responsive to what I needed to athem.them. .
