As Grandparents we stayed at the property with 2 of our families with children ages 3-9. The bedrooms were awesome for parents to be next to the kiddos and bathrooms attached or next to each room. It was clean and the amenities were great! The access to the property water park was amazing! This rental is prefect for families staying in the Orlando area and close to the airport. Thank you to the property owners!

Great place and area

Overall great stay. Everything was as stated on the listing. Great location. Great place. Even bigger than I expected. Pool was nice. Pretty short walk to the water park area. Good amount of supplies. Only reason it wasn't 5 stars is that the master bedroom sheets/blankets did not appear to be cleaned from previous visit - smell and looks. I'm sure it was just a miss from property management group which happens. Didn't have the issue in the other beds. We were able to wash them in the laundry so wasn't too big of deal.

Awesome Stay for our family of 8

The home is perfect for families. We were in town for a cheerleading competition and visited Disney World while we were there. Our children’s ages range from 1 to 13 and this house more than suited our needs. There are 4 pack and plays, a high chair and the double stroller for your use. There is also plenty of plastic plates, bowls, forks and spoons and cups for the little ones. The drive to Disney was very easy every morning and there are plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. Communication with host was great.

great Stay

I usually go to Orlando one time a month, most the time getting property on VRBO. And that's the fist time we got a spotless property, first time that I didn't have to clean mold in showers. This is such a great property and the main thing, and it is well maintained comparing to the others I have stayed.I know it is not easy, buts thanks to the management who keeps the place in a shape.

Family Disney Trip

Lack of communication and not as pictured

The host Rachel was unresponsive when i wrote her about the pool being dirty with sand and was not heated. The light was broke inside the pool and unfortunately we could not use it. The couch was small and uncomfortable. We expected more from a 10 person house. Overall we were disappointed with the stay.

4 forks and 4 towels away from perfect

The place was almost perfect. The pictures do it justice and the cleanliness was exemplary. I have a few suggestions to make it perfect and that would be to put felt or rubber bottoms on the chairs and barstools, so noisy when others are sleeping. Also for a place to sleep 12 there should be a fork and pool towel for each person. My last suggestion is to have more toilet paper available for guests Unfortunately the pool was not working properly and no one showed up to fix or clean. I actually tried to clean but the net had several rips and I did sweep the pool area with the broom due to bugs. Location was perfect and we felt safe.

The best VRBO we’ve rented!

First, the location and proximity to Disneyworld cannot be beat! No driving on I-4! Good shopping literally across the street. The house was clean and comfortable with everything needed for our 3 night stay. Plenty of towels, pillows and even throw blankets for the living room. The neighborhood overall was clean and quiet, a definite change from other properties we’ve stayed. The host is extremely responsive and provided simple, timely instructions. We would definitely stay here again!

Can’t wait to come back!

This property was perfect for our families as we spent a few days in Orlando before heading out for a cruise from Cape Canaveral. The house was exactly as depicted, very clean and incredibly comfortable. We spent 2 afternoons at the pool with the lazy River and the kids had a blast. I would highly recommend to anyone going to the Orlando/Disney area.

Great house near parks!

This house was a great find when searching for a place to stay. The hosts thought of everything, from baby gates to kitchen essentials. Slight hiccup on check in due to Daylight Savings time (beyond anyones control), but the host made sure to get it corrected right away once notified. The pools were amazing for the kids (even the adults loved the water slides!). Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Thanks for helping make our trip so great!

Great for large Families with kids

Even though we had older kids, I was impressed of how kid friendly it was for toddlers. Gates for stairs, strollers, pack n play etc. The kids loved the themed rooms and having the small pool when hanging out. Make sure you bring towels to the resort pool, they only are available for purchase. Overall enjoyed our short stay and would return again.

Completely amazing

Me and my family stayed in this home for 5 days and we enjoyed every single day. I was shocked and amazed at the attention to detail the owner paid to accommodations for families with small kids. Everything listed in the description is 100% accurate (Double stroller for use, child safety gates at the top and bottom of the stairs, toilets with accessories for potty training, etc....). My family enjoyed the pool located at the house and the resort with the splash pad and lazy river which was less than a 2-minute drive from the house. The owner also addressed any issues I had almost immediately (GREAT COMMUNICATION). All the rooms were spacious and beautifully furnished. There were even card and board games available for late evening fun. This owner checked every box I could’ve asked for and even the ones I did not know I needed. I would recommend this property to anyone who is looking for somewhere to relax and enjoy a vacation. If I could give them 10 stars I would. I look forward to booking my next family vacation at this same location.

Family Vacation

Had a wonderful time! First trip with our granddaughter. It was perfect. Rachel, our host, was wonderful. Townhome was well stocked and had everything we needed. Pool was great. Location is perfect. Great stay all the way around. Will definitely stay again!

Family getaway!

The location of the property was fantastic! The property had everything, very comfortable. The kids absolutely loved the themed rooms, and late nights at the pool. We really enjoyed the stay! & will totally be back! Thank you to Rachel for being a great and informative host!

We have tried to include as much of that as possible to make it easier for our guests. We will worry about the little stuff so you just need to worry about making the memories.

We love Storey Lake because of all the extras and unbeatable location. We are an easy drive to Universal, WDW, Sea World and all the fun that Orlando has to offer. There are tons of amenities to enjoy as well. From the beautiful pools, splash pad, playground and lazy river, it's an attraction itself. The townhomes are laid out to make it perfect for vacationing and multiple families.
