Welcome to our 1/1 cottage-style villa, which is minutes from Downtown Dunedin. Only a short walk to Main Street and a 12 min drive to Honeymoon/Caladesi Island! Walk to the Pinellas Trail, breweries, eateries, waterfront marina, and Blue Jay baseball stadium. Enjoy award-winning cuisine, live entertainment, and breathtaking sunsets before returning to the peace and quiet of your own private area. Dunedin is a gulf cart friend city with local rental available to cruise around town.

This was a great 4 night stay for us! Loved being able to walk 2 blocks to the shore and a quick walk to downtown. Unit was clean and comfortable. Communication was great. Highly recommend!

Cute and convenient

This little "villa" was in a great location and had just enough space for my husband and me on our stay! We drove to several nearby beaches and walked to the downtown area for dinner and a sunset. The villa was clean and well-equipped. We will definitely rent here again if we are in the area.

The cutest bungalow!

We fell in love the minute we walked in the door! The cutest bungalow, just enough space for my husband and I. Comfortable and relaxing. Perfect walking distant to Main St. in Dunedin, easy access to Clearwater Beach and Tarpon Springs. We were supplied with everything we needed and could not ask for more. The host was perfect, answer all my questions, addressed my concerns and made us feel welcome. Highly recommend! We WILL stay here again!
