Hey, hey! I'm Sway, the owner of this fabulous home. Picture this: a cozy 3-bedroom sanctuary that's a funky blend of old-school Victorian charm and the hippest desert boho vibes.

Upon entering, you'll be greeted with a custom painted mural of a Mexican desert sunset by one of Sacramento's own, Rachel Kerns (give her a follow, people! @sunnydispostudio). This place was built with more love than a grandma's secret recipe, just to make your stay is as mind-blowingly memorable as humanly possible.

The Space:

Great for a small getaway with close-knit friends and family, this home’s completely remodeled interior features, brand new bathroom, and a historic-yet-luxury feel that'll have you feeling right at home in Sacramento! The home has been "baby-proofed" with outlet covers, a baby bath, baby gates, a high chair, a pack 'n play and even a full-sized private playground right in the backyard.

The home is a part of a duplex with another unit downstairs. Both units have their private entrances and do not share any common spaces. If you have a larger group and would like to book both parts of the duplex, please message us to check availability on the other unit.

Large bathroom with shower and tub. Toilet is equipped with a Tushy bidet for your comfort. Washer and dryer in bathroom as well.

1 Smart TV with all major streaming apps like Netflix & Hulu, open-concept living area with large open windows, a floating egg chair, a retro game console with 620 classic games for children and adults, and plenty of board and card games like Uno, Jenga, Dominos, Connect 4, Puzzles, and more.

KITCHEN

Fully equipped w/ granite counters, breakfast bar, Keurig coffee maker, stainless steel appliances, toaster, cooking basics, knife set, and a large kitchen island.

OUTDOOR LIVING

Spacious backyard with a full swing set and slide!

GENERAL

Linens/towels, heat and AC throughout the home, and complimentary toiletries

PARKING

Street parking (FREE) - not a busy street so parking is readily available right outside the home. 1 parking permit will be provided. Be aware of street cleaning on Mondays and Tuesdays. Street cleaning signs apply to everyone - even vehicles with parking permits. The home-side of the street has street cleaning on Monday mornings from 10 AM to 12 PM and the opposite side of the street has street cleaning on Tuesday mornings from 10 AM to 12 PM.

Guest Access:
Digital door locks are programed with unique access codes for every guest.

Last-minute and same-day bookings are welcome as check-in instructions will automatically be sent at booking confirmation.

The Neighborhood:
The home is located just north of the hustle and bustle of downtown in the Mansion Flats neighborhood. This means you'll still be central to all the city's attractions without having to worry about the traffic noise, homeless population, and business of the city. You'll be within walking distance to multiple coffee shops, bars, restaurants and other downtown attractions. For example, we are:

- 2.1 miles away from Sutter Health Park, new home of the Athletics
- 0.2 miles away from nearest Sacramento RT Light Rail station (Alkali Flat/La Valentina)
- 0.8 miles away from SAFE Credit Union Convention Center
- 0.9 miles away from Golden One Center/DOCO
- 1 mile away from Old Sacramento
- 1.3 miles away from the capitol

Pickup an electric scooter or electric bike around the neighborhood and enjoy a ride around town. Ride through our state capitol, have a picnic at one of our 28 parks, or enjoy sunset ride back from dinner at one of our many award-winning restaurants.

Getting Around:
We are conveniently located 1.5 blocks away from a Sacramento RT Light Rail station (Alkali Flat/La Valentina) that has routes all over downtown and midtown. You can also pick up an electric scooter using the Lime App or call an Uber and Lyft, which are always readily available in the area. There is also free parking available on the street if you are driving in or renting a car for your time here.

Early check-ins are available per request for a small $85 fee! Ask for availability first!

Late check-outs will be charged an additional $85.

Parking on the street right outside of the home is always available and free! One visitor pass will be available to use and leave on the dashboard of your vehicles to avoid any parking tickets during your stay.
