Coziest 1 bed in a quiet neighborhood 2 mins from the beach

My partner, our dog, and I had the best stay. We planned on staying for 1 month and ended up extending. The place is new inside, well stocked, and decorated nicely. It’s smaller in size but was perfect for us. Our dog LOVED the backyard and also loved being so close to the beach. Capistrano beach is dog friendly and we’d take sunset walks there multiple times a week. Highly recommend booking this property.

The property is very nice and exceptionally clean and has been newly remodeled. The unit has its own backyard so we brought one dog and it was very convenient so she could go in and out. Also, the backyard was decorated really nice and had a table fire pit, deco lights on the fence, a horseshoe toss, a picnic table, and also a nice patio set with umbrella. There was a washer and dryer that looked almost new that was just outside of our room. I really like that the property was between San Clemente and Dana Point and kind of central. There’s a beautiful park called Pines Park that is a few blocks away and it is on an absolutely beautiful large area with pine trees, beautiful green grass, benches, and a view of the ocean. I rented the unit for one month and my daughter was with me four days every week
we had a fabulous time. Also, the unit was very well equipped in the kitchen and bathroom, bedding and towels. There was a large basket filled with treats from Trader Joe’s and a nice bottle of Cabernet upon my arrival. I would give this rental an A
