This is a duplex property and the yard has been split down the middle. So what you see in the photo is all yours. The laundry room and garage is shared with unit #B. This home has been completely remodeled. Hardwood floors, new tile shower and sink, new everything. This property has just been listed on Airbnb; you can be the first to enjoy this amazing home.
Everything in this property is brand new. We put lots of love into this remodel. Enjoy a beach community with close access to parks, harbor and beaches. Dana Point, San Clemente and charming San Juan Capistrano offers craft beer tasting, insane dining, walking trails, electric bike rentals and so much more. Our property is in excellent condition. Everything is new. Horseshoe pit in the back yard with BBQ and fire pit.

We had the most wonderful experience staying at this home for the summer! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The house was spotless and beautifully maintained, with a hotel-style bed that was incredibly comfortable and made it easy to truly relax. The home offered a perfect family-friendly environment with a fully stocked kitchen that had everything we needed, and plenty of thoughtful touches throughout.The outdoor space was such a highlight—horseshoes, outdoor games, a cozy fire pit for cool summer evenings, and a great BBQ setup for enjoying meals outside. It was the perfect balance of fun and relaxation, and we spent so much time enjoying the back living area.The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to the beach, amazing restaurants, and other local attractions. It was convenient yet peaceful, giving us the best of both worlds.Most importantly, the owners were so kind, welcoming, and attentive. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was amazing, and we truly appreciated their hospitality.We can’t recommend this home enough—it’s the perfect spot for a memorable stay, and we can’t wait to come back!

I am a born and raised California boy. I have lived in Dana Point, San Clemente and currently live in San Juan Capistrano. My wife is also from California born and raised. We have a boat in the harbor, know the best surfing spots and where the best food and cold beer are. We have three Airbnb in Dana Point. We are easy to reach during your entire stay.

This is a duplex with one-unit upstairs and one down. The very large rear yard has been split down the middle so each unit has its own private yard separated by a fence. All the furnishings, appliances, bedding, towels etc. are new. Upper unit is a two bedroom while the lower unit is a one bedroom.

Capistrano Beach (Capo Beach) is a small beach community in Orange County, California between Laguna Beach, San Juan Capistrano and San Clemente. You get all three within a few minutes drive. Each has its own history so be sure to take your time learning about each small town. Dining, wine bars, craft beer, harbor walks, bike trails, beach fire pits and world class surfing spots is a short list of things to do while here.
