☆☆ Our property offers a one-car detached garage, ideal for compact or small vehicles. Please note that the garage has seasonal access, so be sure to confirm availability with us prior to your stay. Additionally, there’s plenty of space for parking in the driveway, along with free street parking year-round.

✅ Basic amenities starter pack: 1 roll of kitchen paper towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 2 kitchen garbage bags, dish soap, hand soap, and 2-3 laundry pods to get you started. If you need more for a longer stay, you will be able to find everything you need at the local grocery a few minutes from the home.

It’s just like when you check in at a hotel and give your ID and security deposit to the front desk, except our front desk is online! It's super easy to complete on your phone! We use a web-based system called Truvi,. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. and you’ll receive a personalized rental agreement, ID verification, and options of a simple security hold (which is not a security deposit) or no-refundable $35 damage waiver fee to receive your arrival instructions. It’s simple: finish these steps, and you’re all set to enjoy your stay!


☀️We welcome guests for mid term stays. Please note guests are required to sign a separate rental agreement for stays longer than 28 days and security deposit.

☀️We love welcoming furry family members! Dogs up to 50 pounds are welcome, with a maximum of two dogs per stay. Please note, a $75 pet fee applies, and we kindly ask that dogs remain off the furniture and that you clean up after them in the yard.
