The "Family Home" is unique since it is only 4 blocks from St. Mary's hospital and 9 blocks from Mayo Clinic. 3 bedrooms on the main floor! Each bedroom has a queen size bed in it. The bathroom is also located on the main floor and there also one downstairs. Over 3,000 sq feet for you to enjoy. Oak hardwood floors on the entire main level. We are only 2 blocks from restaurants, and Walgreens, gas station and a grocery store. We have many additional houses downtown in case this is booked.

Covered By Faith Rentals offers this place with over 3,000 square feet for you to enjoy. Relax in a safe neighborhood. There are 5 steps to get into the home, so it is easy access for most. Ranch style house layout. Oak hardwood floors on the entire main level. Older homes so floors creak a bit. Our driveway is right next to our neighbors driveway. If this house is full please check out one of our many additional houses downtown.

A single-car garage is attached to the house. Please park in the garage/driveway or you will get a parking ticket from the city of Rochester. Only permitted parking is allowed on the streets between 8am-4pm Monday through Friday. All other times you may park on the street. This is due to the closeness of St. Mary's hospital. 3 vehicles could park in the driveway besides the one in the garage.

The kitchen is equipped with a full size refrigerator/freezer, oven/range and cooking utensils, Keurig and regular 12 cup coffee makers, small electric appliances, a pot/pan set, baking pans, glassware, cutlery, Corelle dishware, plastic dishware for kids. A basic selection of cooking spices and condiments is stocked in anticipation of your arrival.

There is a 'Smart' TV which has several apps to access YOUR personal Netflix, Amazon Prime, or other personal streaming TV accounts. There is unique trim work throughout the dining, living and office room. There is high speed wireless internet service available throughout the house. There are alarm clocks at each bedside. Please also check out the assortment of DVDs, board games, jigsaw puzzles, toys, and books for your use, game tables are not full sized. There is central air and heating in the house. The bathroom has a full bath with shower. The master bedroom also has a Smart TV.

In the basement there is a washer and dryer for you to use. There is an iron and ironing board available for you use. There used to be a cat downstairs so it does have a cat smell sometimes but no pets are allowed.

No smoking is allowed in the house. Please use the back yard if you need to smoke. Pets are not allowed in the house, due to many people having allergies and medical issues. We have a rental certificate to rent this home legally to you.

Check in states 4pm but most likely we will be able to get you in earlier. We will send you a message through Airbnb when the house is available for you. Internet is high speed. We have many guests who work and go to school at the house.
