Waterfront property at Kerr lake

Waterfront property with a private beach and a dock on a Kerr lake. Golf cart, Kayaks, paddle boat, small boat and many inflatables are provided. There is a fire pit with a grill, gas grill, outdoor jacuzzi, pool table, ping-pong table, monkey bars and zip lane for kids, fishpond. You most probably will be greeted by 2 Neighbour's bulldogs but please do not be afraid, they are sweetest dogs you can imagine. The property is located next to the widest, deepest and cleanest part of the lake just a few miles from a boat ramp.

Great stay

Plenty of room to spread out and enjoy time on the lake. Water was a little high while we were there, so we had to wade through knee-deep water to get to the dock. Nice home.

Great place

Plenty of things for the kids to do while not in the water swimming. Theater room, pool table, hot tub were used by all.

A perfect lake getaway! The house is incredibly nice with every amenity possible. The yard literally has everything and the landscaping was exciting and we noticed something new every stroll around the grounds. It was quiet, secluded and the perfect size for a group. The dock and lake entertainment (paddleboards, boats, etc) kept us endlessly entertained. The golf cart was so nice to go back and forth with. Fishing was good and honestly we had everything we needed. We've been staying at Kerr Lake for decades, but this was our first time in a house instead of camping, what a great experience. Thank you!

Fisher family

First time on the Kerr reservoir and we had a great time. The house was nice and roomy and had all the boxes checked off. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The dock was nice and spacious to lounge around all day getting sun and cooling off in the water. The golf cart was a huge bonus. We will definitely like to go back next year. Thanks

Family fun

The property was well equipped and the golf cart was very handy. We had a great time and made an adventure out of having to walk (or swim) in thigh to waist deep water just to get to the dock. This was clearly not the owners fault, just an issue with the location. Could be cleaner and some maintenance issues could have been taken care of. Overall we had a lot of fun.

Amazing getaway location

The house was fantastic. The temps during iur stay where higher than normal so it was nice to have things like the theater and billards to help entertain. The house was very spacious and in a private location. Only complaint was lack of cell signal, not the property owners fault. The wifi help compensate that though. As well as allowed me to work from the home office a few days to extend our vacation. Alex was great to work with it getting everything scheduled. As well as promptly responded to any question. Would visit again!

Great getaway

We stayed here for a week with my family that included adults, a baby, and a toddler. We had a great time. The house is so big there was more than enough room for everyone to spread out. We really enjoyed the theater room for watching movies, and the pool table. A lot of our time was spent down at the dock which is very large and had a boat slip for my family to dock their boat under cover. Unfortunately the sandy beach was under water during our stay due to the rain that they got the week prior, but we didn’t mind spending our time on the dock. Also the golf cart was very useful getting all of our things down to the water if we were spending the day down there or on our boat. Overall we had a wonderful trip and would recommend Alex’s place to anyone!

Thumbs down at Lake Kerr

House was lovely. No private beach as advertised which was disappointing for the kids. Had to fix flat on golf cart, hot tub was disconnected and water was dirty. None of the boats or inflatables were usable as covered with dirt and mud lying on ground. The theatre room had all cables disconnected. This property just wasn't vacation ready! Very disappointing we were unable to enjoy using by the lake!
