Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. A spacious home in quite neighborhood and will sleep up to 12 guests. Close to a ski resort and in short driving distance to one of Michigan’s best known recreational areas which includes a fabulous beach, hiking and biking trails, and fun family outdoor recreation. Downtown is only about 5 miles away with fabulous shopping, delicious dinning and fun festivities throughout the year. Close to many amazing event venues and one of Oakland counties greatest ORV parks.

We stayed for a couple of night to attend the Michigan Renaissance Festival. It was in the perfect location for us and had enough space to accommodate our group of 12! The property was clean and Kevin was an amazing host! We definitely will keep this in mind for when we attend the festival next year.

Excellent middle MI I-75 location

This was a great property for our large family with kids of all ages. They even provided a pack n play for us upon request (and it seemed brand new!). If you need a place to stay with lots of sleeping options this is it! Very clean and great communication!

Great Stay

The property owner was communicative and helpful, the property had plenty of places to relax and hang out and tons of beds. It was very peaceful, lots of cool birds hanging around the creek area in the back. Close to the places we wanted to go. I would highly recommend.

Very nice property with a lot of beds, has a walk out basement with extra beds if you have a big family. i would definitely would stay again at this property if in the area.

Excellent place for a family

We had 7 adults, 3 children and dog. The house was spacious to accommodate our family for Thanksgiving. I would highly recommend this property. The mattresses on the beds aren’t great but other than that it’s a great place to stay.

Great quiet getaway

This location was a great place to gather as a family-multiple bedrooms, space to gather for meals & a large backyard for yard games & a bonfire. It was in a quiet neighborhood & the host was very helpful. Thanks for a great stay!

Fantastic Stay!

This property was exactly what we needed! It was close to our event location in a quiet neighborhood. The driveway has ample parking with the garage and we fit everyone in. There were several bedrooms to choose from and we all had a comfortable nights rest. The kitchen was more stocked than most which we appreciated, as we cooked each day of our stay. We will definitely be returning for future events in the area.

We enjoyed our stay - the house was as expected. My only comment is the kitchen could have better/more pots pans and knives. Great stay great time!

Good stay.. lovely kitchen, dining room, living room. Not enough bathroom access for 10 people, one bathroom located off a bedroom. Otherwise just main bathroom. Would strongly suggest a sturdy step to access front porch from sidewalk. Currently there are just a few stacked pavers. Dangerous for older family members.

The house worked perfectly well for our purpose. We had a camping family gathering at Seven Lakes State Park, and not all of us were able to camp. Would stay there again if the opportunity arose.

Great stay near Pine Knob

We stayed here with a group of 10 adults. We were in town for a concert at Pine Knob. It was about a 20 minute drive to the venue from this location. It is also very close to the Renaissance Festival Fairgrounds. The house was easy to find, big, clean, as described, and comfortable. The host was easy to communicate with and accommodating. I would recommend to others if they are staying in the area!

Great for what we needed

We mostly needed the space for our adult sons and their spouses and another couple as well as my husband and I to stay since everyone came together for a surprise birthday party at a local restaurant. Some came from 3 hours away to attend. We had a room and beds to spare. It was perfect for what we needed. Very nice home.
