Welcome to koolkondo where you will experience luxury vacation rentals at its finest. Our stylish boutique hotel style condos and homes have it all. You will absolutely enjoy your home away from home with VIP concierge style services in modern island luxury!

Koolkondo is proud to present to you The Springwater 3 bedroom Oceanfront- a unique experience right across the street from Poipu Beach Park. You can't get any closer to the beach than this!The beach is only one minute walk from the home. Located in the center of Poipu Beach Park, this home has been remodeled from top to bottom featuring luxury features including AC in the living area and all bedrooms, a large ocean view balcony, modern kitchen with island and stainless steel appliances. This is just one unit to the right of the entry stairs. This is NOT the entire home. This is a shared property.

This home features 3 separate bedrooms, 2 sofa beds in the living room and three full bathrooms with modern tile showers and luxury fixtures. Unit is complete with a washer and dryer. The unit is fully stocked with everything to cook a gourmet meal and all the beach gear you will ever need.You are right next door to Brenneckes Restaurant and Deli and across the street from Poipu Beach Park known for its snorkeling and turtles. This is the best ocean front location in all of Poipu! Sleeps up to 9 guests. Newly installed outdoor jacuzzi to share with other units on the property.

Our on island manager is available to make your dream vacation spectacular!

Air Conditioning- Hawaii is known for its trade winds. Many homes on Kauai have been designed for "open airflow" using screened windows and screened sliding doors, and DO NOT have air conditioning. Please be sure and confirm when making your reservation whether the home you have chosen does or does NOT have air conditioning. Depending on the season, or even the day, temperatures typically range between 74 to 84 for the highs, and 60 to 74 for the lows, year-round. Refunds or discounts ARE NOT given for lack of Air Conditioning in a property.

You know how you stay *near* the beach, then on the walk to the beach you pass a property and say "How cool would it be to stay there??" Well, this is that property. It's literally right across the road from Poipu Park. To the left is a beach best for body surfing or boogie-boarding; in the middle is a calmer snorkeling area which often has turtles cordoned off on the beach; and to the right is a beach which may have monk seals, with better snorkeling and some surfing further out. All within easy walking distance and connected by a grass park. Sunsets are awesome and well-attended.The property is recently refurbished, well-maintained and well-stocked with towels, bedding and kitchen supplies. Each bedroom has its own AC, with firm beds, 3 showers and in-unit washer and dryer. There's a shaded sitting area underneath the house with a hot tub, clean BBQ and comfortable chairs. There are boogie boards, masks/snorkels, beach chairs and beach umbrellas to use, and an outside shower and hose to use when returning from the beach. The host/owners were friendly and quick to answer any questions, and the helpful maintenance guy was often on-site. Honestly, we can't say enough about the property and its location, and recommend it most highly!

If I could give this place a 100 stars still not enough

This property located right across from Poipu Beach! Just down from pukadog and Brenicks Restaurant and both are fabulous! We slept great, ate wonderful food, saw dolphins and WHALES from our balcony. On the beach we saw annd swam with the turtles 🐢 Our property manager Gary was FABULOUS! Don’t miss staying here you won’t regret it!

Family Get together

Property was great! Very clean and newly renovated. Kitchen was well equipped. Location was great. Walk out the front door to Poipu or Bernnecke Beach, restaurants, coffee shop, beachfront bars, walking trail to Shipwreck beach. We loved hanging on the balcony overlooking the ocean. Corey the property manager was great and greeted us when we arrived. Beach chairs/umbrellas, and beach towels included.

Great stay, great location

Had a great time is this prime spot. Lots of stairs to get in the unit so probably not ideal for older folks. You can hear the waves crashing on the rocks fron the balcony. We asked for early check in since we would be on the island early morning. They were not accommodating at all in that regard as they held firm on the 4pm check in. Other than that, great stay and would stay there again!

Paradise in Poipu

Absolute awesome stay for family vacation. The home was large (3 bedrooms and 3 baths) with a full veranda facing ocean for morning coffee and evening dinners. I the area below the living quarters is a very large lanai with great patio furniture, BBQ, lighting and ceiling fan in which we also had many evening BBQ's. Oh did I mention the hot tub. The owners also have a storage room downstairs that has a HUGE amount of beach gear with wagons to load up and pull for your outings across the road on Poipu State Beach. Literally one minute from home to water. The home is very well done with all the amenities you could want. Owners provided a name and contact number for our stay and any issue was addressed immediately. Great customer service. All in all a wonderful time at a wonderful home. If you have a large group and want to be comfortable and have easy full time beach access this is the place. Also famous Brenneckes restaurant and the Puka hot dog cafe are one block away.Enjoy, Mahalo, Mike and Famille

Friendly, cheerful stay in a spacious condo/duplex across from a children's beach

Such great communication with the property manager who could not have been nicer. This is newly renovated so it was in great condition, has an ocean view and parking. Cheerful decor and spacious. Nice cotton bedding, pretty blue cotton quilts and good quality towels. Beach chairs, wagon and umbrellas were appreciated. Good for families with young children as across the park (chickens and a playground) in front of the condo is a protected "baby beach" that had resting green turtles. (If we were only adults I would pick another location in a more remote setting-it was an "active" location but we stayed during Spring break) There are 3 bathrooms-one is a in the laundry room with a brand new washer/dryer. They call it a condo but it's like a duplex so no one is below or above you. They thought of everything and made ever effort to make our stay comfortable as if one was staying with friends.
