This fabulous large rare 3 bedroom, 3 bath unit is in the popular Manualoha complex at Poipu Kai Resort. Ground floor corner unit is steps from the greenway and an easy walk to Poipu, Brenneke, and Shipwreck beaches. Featuring a large living area that opens up to the lanai, garden, BBQ and a large central indoor dining area. Now with AC throughout! Sleeping arrangements that are perfect for 6-8 adults or two families. New dishwasher, updated fixtures.

Two master suites on the ground floor and a fun 3rd bedroom up the spiral staircase.
Enjoy sunset mountain and ocean views from the upstairs lanai.
Two pools - Ocean view pool at Manualoha and pool and hot tub at Poipu Kai Resort are each within 400 feet.

Lovely condo close to the beaches. Quiet at night, well laid out so everyone had their own space. Super clean resort, great pools and hot tub for after-beach warming. Highly recommend.

Our host was very good to work with. She was patient with us as we had difficulty with the keyless system entering the condo. It was a case of operator error, and she stepped us through the process over the phone.

Wonderful experience!

Great location, 5 minute walk to the beach as advertised. New AC units were a great addition as the condo stayed comfortable at all times. Host provided everything we needed including umbrellas, beach chairs and other amenities. We highly recommend and would stay here again.

Loved the location!

We loved that we could walk to Brennecks and Poipu beaches. We would also walk to Shipwreck beach to watch the sunrise. The house was clean and the beds were some of the best I’ve slept in a VRBO. This was a great condo in a great locations

Outstanding Location and Amenities

This place was perfect for a family stay. Beds were comfy, AC in each bedroom, and nice bathrooms. We cooked several meals and had everything we needed. Pools were beautiful. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect Vacation Spot

This condo was perfect for our family of 5. The space was clean, had all the necessities needed for at home and the beach, and it was close to some of the best beaches in Kauai and Puka Dogs. Michelle was quick to respond if we had questions or needed help. Thank you for creating a comfortable space.

Perfect condo close to beach

This condo was great. Spacious for adults and kids. The property was well kept as well as the pools. It was a 5 minute walk or less to the beach. Beach equipment was included as well as kids play toys. We would stay there again.

Great location on beautiful property

We loved the floorpan of this unit and the location was just perfect. Easy to get around either with a short drive or just walk! The walking paths that wind through this gorgeous area were really nice to hit early in the mornings. The pools are nice and the pickleball courts were a bonus.

Wonderful condo and property. We stayed there with 2 families (4 adults, 13yo, 2x 7yo's, 5yo, 3yo, and 1yo. Plenty of space for everyone. Kitchen with all the amenities, washer/dryer, 3 bathrooms, made living easy. Walk out to lanai and grass area. 3 minute walk (walking slowly) to the pool and another 3 minute walk (walking slow) to the beach. Only complaint is that they made us leave at the end of our stay.

Great condo

Great little place in Poi’pu. Well stocked and had basics you need. Beach chairs and umbrella came in handy. There is AC in bedrooms only but with screen door open and ceiling fans there was ample breeze and did not really notice it. . It’s a quick walk to beach and nice community. Location is nice for easy drives to airport, Hanalei, and Waimea canyon. Would definitely stay again.

Great Family Sized Rental

Plenty of space for the 10 (6 adults 4 young kids) people in our group. Easy walk to the beach and pools. Another Plus was parking spaces were really close to the entrance of the condo! There were lots of sand toys, toddler water floaties, body boards, highchair, baby spoons etc. So many convenient items that you do not need to bring.I would absolutely recommend staying here again. Michelle was great also answering any questions I had before and also as needed during the stay. Very attentive host.

Wonderful spacious apartment

We enjoyed a fantastic holiday in this condo. The checkin instructions were easy to follow which was great since we arrived at night. Lovely to find some basics for our first morning - especially coffee and cream! The host was VERY responsive when we had a minor issue with the automatic lock and the problem was solved immediately. Very safe area. Short walk to several clean beaches, choose your own adventure for snorkelling, body surfing, watching turtles, seals or just lounging in the sun and calm swims in the sea. Attentive lifeguards also reassuring! The pool was also a nice alternative. Overall we had a fantastic visit and would love to visit again soon.

Family Celebration Vacation

The property was just what we needed to accommodate our family of 8. The 2 masters are both on the ground floor level while the loft area with 2 sets of bunks were perfect for the four granddaughters. They loved having space of their own with a balcony. There were some concerns initially about how they would navigate the spiral staircase but after a bit, it was fine. The bedrooms all gave stand alone ac units but the common areas are not cooled, except by one ceiling fan & can get a bit hot. The outdoor patio was lovely, especially at breakfast. The grounds are impeccable & our family enjoyed the pool every day. The proximity to the beach was great!

We are glad you enjoyed your stay at our condo. It has been a hot summer and the HOA is upgrading all of the buildings' electrical in the near future so that we can install more comprehensive AC.

A four minute walk to the beach combined with A/C make this condo a solid value. Though there is no ocean view, most aspects of unit 704 provide a winning formula. The owner provided a detailed guide prior to check-in, which was also available in a binder in the condo. We consulted the guide numerous times for details on the various aspects of the unit. A map of the Poipu Kai complex would be a helpful addition to the guest info binder.
The kitchen appliances, including the washer and dryer, were newer models in good condition. 
The stovetop needs a deep clean. The bathrooms have been redone recently, and are very nicely appointed.The A/C worked great. It’s wonderful to be comfortable after a long day in the sun. The outdoor table and chairs are in great condition, though the outdoor loungers need to be replaced.The dining table is good for plating, writing, and organizing. The main sofa is not particularly comfortable (you can feel springs and overall lumpiness in the cushions).We saw the need to replace the kitchen cabinets. The current cabinets are sticky from too many coats of paint. Several of them don’t close properly.As we are tidier than most, we see the need for the carpet to be replaced. It’s worn, and sticky.
Overall, this condo is a good value proposition.

Great relaxation condo for a family

This was the perfect condo for our ten day Kauai vacation. Our three year old (going on six years old) loved the upstairs bedroom. My wife and I loved the master, including a large walk in closet that was perfect for our one year old to have separated sleeping space in the provided pack-n-play. My parents enjoyed their own bedroom on the main level.The couple (very minor) items we noted were already being worked on by the new owners and getting upgraded. The complex, which is part of a larger HOA, seemed very well taken care of. The HOA was in the process of replacing roofs of nearby buildings in the complex while we were there, which added noise near us the last day, but appreciated the proactive maintenance that will already be complete for the unit by the time anyone reads this review.Overall, I'd highly recommend this condo and the owner Michelle, who made sure everything was great and quickly responded to any questions and asks for additional accommodations (late checkout).

We are so glad you enjoyed your stay. The roof on our building and all nearby buildings have been completed. We also now have a brand new dishwasher and have upgraded the AC to splits which cool every bedroom and the living area with separate controls for each. We hope you return to see the upgrades.
