Condo meublé de 2 chambres / 1 salle de bain disponible en location mensuelle (minimum 28 nuits) dans la résidence sécurisée de Truman Annex, au cœur du quartier historique d'Old Town à Key West. Idéal pour les snowbirds, les télétravailleurs, les professionnels en déplacement, ou toute personne souhaitant vivre à Key West pendant quelques mois.

Disponible dès maintenant jusqu'en janvier 2027 — je serais ravie de louer pour une période de 1 mois ou 3, 4 ou 5 mois.
Récemment rénové et entièrement équipé pour un séjour prolongé tout confort : cuisine complète avec électroménager neuf, lave-linge et sèche-linge dans l'appartement, climatisation centrale, draps et serviettes fournis, téléviseurs à écran plat dans les deux chambres et le salon, et accès Internet sans fil.

La chambre principale avec lit king et la chambre d'amis avec lit queen. Appartement d'angle au rez-de-chaussée, avec portes-fenêtres donnant sur une terrasse arrière privée et son mobilier de patio.

Au sein de la prestigieuse résidence sécurisée de Truman Annex : place de stationnement réservée, accès à la piscine, jardins soigneusement entretenus et cadre paisible aux allures de parc — le tout à seulement deux rues de Duval Street. À distance de marche de l'épicerie Fausto's, du Green Parrot et du parc national Fort Zachary Taylor.

Perfect location, fabulous hostess

This is the best location to stay on the Island! We did not rent a car so we walked and biked everywhere. The owner Francine was so accommodating and had some great recommendations. We will definitely stay here again!

We totally enjoyed our stay in Key West. Francine’s condo provided everything we needed. The patio with tropical plants was a great place to enjoy morning coffee. Best Location

Had a wonderful time at this property. Its our families 2nd time staying in this unit. Everything is walkable from here, which we love. Francine was extremely responsive and the rental process was a breeze. We will be back (hopefully sooner than later)!

This unit was very clean and walkable to about anything you would want to do. It has a well maintained outdoor space for meals or relaxing. The owner is easy to reach and responds quickly to any questions that may arise.

This property is perfectly located near everything. The property owner, Francine, communicated quickly, answered all our questions, and was very responsive. The whole property is well maintained, and feels extremely safe. I'm looking forward to staying here again.

Charming condo

This condo was perfect for our week stay in Key West. The furniture and master bedroom was very comfortable! The back private patio was a great bonus with beautiful landscaping which made the area so cozy. It’s location is very convenient to Duval Street and walking distance to so many restaurants and bars. We won’t hesitate to stay here again.

We stayed at Francine's lovely apartment, everything stated was correct apartment was lovely with quality furnishings. Check in and communications spot on . The house was everything we could have asked for. Close to everything we wanted , restaurants, shops , entertainment, Duval Street . But it’s far away enough to have quiet evenings on the deck . Definitely going to go back !

Cute Place & Perfect Location

We Loved our stay! Beautiful place and nicely decorated. Keypad entry is super nice. Location is perfect and within walking distance to everything. We had all the supplies we needed for a great visit. Nice and quiet location in complex. We loved the patio and being able to cook our own food. Our only complaint wood be tiny ants in kitchen (I'm sure this is a common problem in warmer climates then where we live).

Very nice condo in a great location.

We stayed here for several nights and did not have a single issue. The owner was very pleasant and responsive to any questions we had. It was a short walk to downtown and the beach. Beautiful condo & great location

This condo was lovely, extremely well-stocked, clean, and welcoming. The temps in Key West were high during our visit, but the powerful ceiling fans in every room kept the place very cool. Our daughters enjoyed the variety of games available on a rainy day. The beds are beyond comfortable and plenty of towels to go around. The location was perfect. Close enough to Duval for quick walk to dinner and shopping, but far enough for quiet nights on the back patio.

Nice location and updates

Wonderful last minute Christmas visit to Key West. This location is perfect and was an easy walk to everything. The only complaint that I had was minor. The floor and living room rug could use some cleaning, but this is common for rentals. Everything else was obviously new. We would return here for another visit.

Perfect little spot

Great little spot with all of the necessary goods to save some dough by making breakfast & having coffee (Cuban Coffee Queen's coffee is amazing) in and spending dough for dinners and adventires. Francine has all the goods to prepare meals, make frozen cocktails, etc. The bed is amazing! So comfortable and I love that the doors open to the patio. She was very welcoming and available if needed. Thank you Francine for sharing this space with us!

Dreams of Key West

We found this listing on VRBO, it was listed as remodeled. It exceeded our every expectation! Clean, modern, safe, fully equipped with everything we needed for us & our adult children 34 & 33. Located in heart of old town we walked everywhere. And Francine our host was outstanding, she went above & beyond in every way to make our trip so memorable. When we return, we won't even look at other options, for quality & value this is the best place we have stayed. Made our dreams come true!!!

Hard 2 find

Nice clean condo. Took us over a half an hour to find it because it was not labeled correctly. There was not an address on it, or some tote it off the door. Tried calling the property manager several times and never answered the whole time we were there. Left a message and never returned our call Nice amenities.

Hello, I am French Canadian (from Montreal) and I lived in San Francisco Bay Area (Marin County) for over 15 years, then moved to the south of France (Nice/Antibes/Cannes) and then, moved to Manhattan (midtown) where I stayed for over 10 years. I have now settled in Key West and have renovated this condo in the fall of 2022 (October) and listed it on VRBO. This is why I do not have yet ranking as I am new on VRBO. You will not be disappointed if you stay at my place. I will make sure that you will enjoy your stay.

I initially thought Key West would be too small to keep me busy but it is the opposite. People are so nice, happy and welcoming and we have many activities between arts, museums, water sports and more. As a person, I love biking, taking walks and sharing great moments with friends and family around a glass of wine (or two) and food.

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

Many of you have been to Key West so there is little to add except to say the condo is located at the "Truman Annex" but those of you who have not yet been to Key West, Truman Annex is in the heart of old town but away from the noise.

You can walk everywhere from the condo and come by for a siesta in the afternoon where it is calm and relaxing. We are really close to Truman Little White house where President Harry S Truman began using this former naval officer residence in November 1946 as his winter White House. Truman spent 11 working vacations here frequently meeting with high-ranking officials. Key West is also the home of many other well known celebrities such as: Ernest Hemingway, Jimmy Buffet to mention only a couple.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

You do not need a car -- you can walk everywhere.
You can access the beach in less than 10 minutes walk, stroll by the water in less than 5 minutes and discover old town Key West with all its attractions at your doorstep.
And if you are looking for calm and relaxing time, walk back to the condo and sit by the pool while taking a nap on the lounge chairs.
You have access to a private pool on the property and the golf course is about 10-15 minute drive.
All kitchen appliances are new, the king and queen size beds are also new -- as I said, it was remodeled in October 2022.
