Key West Tropical Townhome on Golf Course

Tropical 2-story conch architecture townhome located in the Key West Golf Club Resort with incredible amenities, on the 17th fairway, sleeps 4 comfortably, and is located at the end of a quiet street with easy access to street parking. The 2-BR floorpan is one of the largest in the community offering wider spaces with more square footage. 2 porches on the front of the home and 2 large rear screened in porches to enjoy the outdoors. The living room faces the fairway, has a large flat screen TV, comfortable sofa, indoor and outdoor lanai dining options, with plenty of room to relax. A clear sightline from the front entry to the back patio provides an open concept. The kitchen is newly renovated, fully equipped, with stainless steel appliances and everything you’ll need to feel right at home. Additionally, there is a half bathroom on the main level. This townhome is located in an incredible location minutes from the downtown historic district of Key West, famous beaches, shopping and much more!
This home is available for monthly stays (minimum 28 nights). For November, December, January, February, March and April, bookings will start on the first of the month. The rest of the year is flexible on start dates. Please contact owner for more details.

Relaxing 3 weeks around holidays

Had a wonderful time, great weather, responsive hosts, well-stocked kitchen and house. The pool was also great and we got a lot of walking in.

Great Key West Vacation

The property was great, clean quiet and easy to get to. Beach chairs, pool floats, fishing equipment all available at the condo. The pool was great to cool off on a hot June day. Will be back!

I have stayed in plenty of places in key west and this area of the rock is great if you’re looking for a quiet and peaceful place. Judy’s place is perfect for tranquility and if you enjoy golfing as the golf course is literally feet away. Thx again Judy

Delightful!

All the amenities provided a comfortable extended stay in this beautiful property and community. We enjoyed the peace of the neighborhood but still had good access to downtown. Shopping and good restaurants are nearby. The owner is a joy to work with and provided great suggestions for food and activities. Supermarket is also close.

This place is absolutely amazing! The place was so clean and comfortable. It really felt like being home away from home. It was great having a kitchen to cook and a living room to sit in after being out all day. Much better then having to sit on a bed or REALLY uncomfortable chair in a hotel room. They were 100% honest w everything and that makes a huge difference these days! They were great to deal with and we look forward to doing this again.

Week in Key West/Stock Island

First timers renting a vacation home. We’ve done the cruise route countless times, resorts and hotels. We were NOT disappointed! Beautiful home in a secure area. Owner was patient and accessible for all my questions. We loved every minute of our stay here. If you aren’t wanting to stay right in the middle of the action this is the place for you. Plenty of Uber, Lyft drivers readily available and less expensive alternative Conch Connect (just don’t be in a hurry) to get you there and back! Thank you for a great first time experience.

Felt Like Home

Thank you so much, Judith, for hosting us in your wonderful home! It's been two weeks since we returned to Illinois, and we already miss it! This place offers so much space and is incredibly family-friendly. The location is perfect—you can easily get to everything you need in Key West. Judith has thoughtfully provided all the amenities you could possibly need and more. The beds are very comfortable, and the cleanliness is top-tier. I especially appreciated the no-shoes policy in the home, which aligns perfectly with how I like it. Judith, keep up the great work with this rental property!

Judy is an excellent host, She responded to all our messages and was accommodating. The pictures and the description are accurate down to the pillows. The house was immaculate with all of your basic necessities and then some. We loved the gated community and extra security. The pool was an absolute oasis surrounded by a variety of palms and tropical plants. Downtown is a short drive of 10 minutes however we found several excellent restaurants within minutes of the house. I highly recommend this property and we will definitely be returning soon! 10/10
