Il a un animal magnifique jardin convivial et terrasse arriÚre pour se divertir. The location was great - quiet neighborhood in a nice area, close to shopping and entertainment. (Ten-minute walk to grocery store.)House was perfect for our family!

The hosts were super accommodating and communications were excellent. The house is very nicely appointed and comfortable all around. We enjoyed our weeklong stay over Thanksgiving.

Great location, quiet neighborhood. The home reminds us of 90’s grandmas house. One bedroom had a vintage TV with built in DVD player along and a stereo system with cassette players.. so awesome! Be sure to bring your dvds and tapes for the old school experience lol. Dogs enjoyed backyard, house accommodated us fine!

The house fit our needs, the furniture seemed outdated (grandma’s old furniture) and main floor was cluttered, no easy flo. It would be nice to have ceilings fans in bedrooms, adult toilets and shades/blinds instead of curtains, especially in the big bathroom room upstairs. The neighbor next door could literally see into the bathroom, no privacy at all. Put shades/blinds in all the rooms and remove your grandmother’s curtains.Back porch was very nice, all appliances were up to date. Big plus was the responsiveness of the property manager, I give Adam 5 STARS!

It's an old property and the furnishings are representative of it, but it was generally comfortable for me and my family. It's in a relatively quiet neighborhood, which we liked. there aren't any parks or trails reasonably near enough to walk/run to, which would've been nice for me for exercise and jogging, but otherwise it was fine.

It is spacious and has a lot to offer. There were a few unexpected, unpleasant issues that slightly affected our stay. For example, 2 days before our arrival, the owner removed 3 huge trees from the backyard. As a result, we could not enjoy the backyard since it was messy, uneven (our dog could not run there), and very hot! The removal of the tree also affected the kitchen. In the morning, the sun was too bright there and we needed to wear sunglasses to make our breakfast. The second issue was the dryer, which was barely working, and we couldn't dry clothes promptly. Other than that, the place was fairly clean and well-organized. The neighborhood was amazing, and the house was close to everything we needed.

Not what we expected

The door wasn’t even shut when we arrived. Heavy equipment on day 2, driveway blocked, lots of noise from trees being cut down, muddy mess. Could not utilize the back yard. It needs some major work there. Inside was in need of some TLC, no plug in the downstairs bathroom. One gfi in the bathroom upstairs, that didn’t work. Ants upstairs and downstairs. They wanted to come spray, while we were there. Grass not cut, poison oak in the backyard. The dryer was packed with lint, under the lint screen. I tried cleaning that out underneath with my hand, fire hazard! Really needs cleaned and painted. Outside windows have vines growing up in between the screens and windows, shears only on the bathroom windows. Would never rent this again.

The residential location with its quiet neighborhood, and being situated just off the freeway was appreciated. The first floor furniture is somewhat dated but the appliances and facilities were great. We found the home to be spacious for our needs. We did not use the backyard.

Great location!

This house was perfect for our trip to DC. We didn't use metro- the drive into the city was under a half hour (opposite side of traffic). Safeway was a few minutes down the road, Dunkin about 10. Plenty of room for our party of 5!

Location, lodging and musuems

The house is spacious. Great for families or groups of friends. Met our needs for our six day visit to the area. Great location to visit Smithsonian musuems. The downstairs bedroom with bathroom was great for our elderly mother who could avoid the steps. Owner reached out to ensure we had everything for our stay. House could use some TLC.

Just what we needed.

It’s a dated house. But, has many upgrades. Appreciate the large master upstairs and lovely bathroom. If mine I would switch beds between Master bedrooms. A queen on the ground floor would give more room. And, upstairs master has plenty of room for the king bed. Definitely needs some paint touch up’s. It was wet and cold while we were there. Heat worked great. A few new door mats would have helped keep all the leaves outside, but not a big deal. Backyard was perfect for our service dog to have some running around time. Good location for everything.

Arlington visit

Location was great. Our large party had enough room to be comfortable without cramping, however king bed downstairs is oversized for the room. Kitchen, back yard and close Trader Joe’s were all enjoyed. This was the perfect stay for our Arlington/DC visit.

Visit to meet our new grandson

This was a great location in relation to our son in Falls Church and visiting D.C. while there. Very easy to get to the Metro and convenient to stores and restaurants. A very quiet, private yard and neighborhood. With a little more attention to the window coverings, cleaning and furniture, it could be a five. Easy TV was a plus. We would stay again!

The property in Falls Church is nice and the neighborhood is pleasant. Adam responds to inquiries in a timely manner. The only problem I had was top stair of the indoor staircase may be difficult for senior adults to climb

Perfect location, great communication

Friends (all of us up there in years!) descended on Northern Virginia for a high school reunion. This home was perfect - quiet neighborhood, but very convenient to Falls Church/Arlington, and surrounding areas. Roomy home, good sized bedrooms, plenty of hot water. Owner very fast to communicate. Would stay there again.
