You can’t say enough about this property, everything was top notch. If our grandson plays in cooperstown next year we will certainly book this property again. It was certainly a 5 star place.

Clean peaceful stay

Super cute place to stay. It was as pictured and very clean. Deb was nice enough to have the A/C running when I got there and was very accommodating with my date changes. I'd definitely recommend.

Beautiful property in a great setting

We enjoyed our stay and used this rental as a central location for activities we had planned. We loved the interior, which is a comfortable layout with a running creek right outside. Relaxing and quiet. We will stay again if back in the Cooperstown area. Thank you!!

Three day get away

We had a lovely visit - saw two performances at the Glimmerglass Festival, visited the Iroquois Museum and the Russian History Museum - all a bit of a drive from where we stayed but easy enough. Our apartment was clean and quiet. Our only issue was no cell service - other than that a great stay.

Super cute!

This apartment was truly perfect for our needs! It was super cute! Everything was brand new and clean! We stayed here because our son played at Cooperstown All Star Village, it was about 20/25mins away which wasn’t too bad. Deb was really easy to work with. I highly recommend this apartment!

The unit we stayed in was very nice. It looked pretty new, updated nicely. There was a small porch with chairs just for our unit. The setting is very serene with a creek running behind house. If there was anything to change it would be the bed. Would switch to king sized.

Great quiet spot

We booked almost a year ago to have somewhere to stay while our son played at Dreams Park. Deb was very helpful when our dates changed and guided me through adjusting the booking. The apartment is clean, well maintained, and perfect for a couple visiting the area. I will say it was a bit further out than we were expecting, but we didn’t double check the address and I would rather go for comfort than location! We had a great experience. One note if you do book is to make sure to note the door code BEFORE you get to the property because our webpage reloaded and the cell service is very spotty right at the house - we eventually got in, but save yourself some trouble! Overall, a fantastic stay!

My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful modern countryside apartment while watching our grandson play baseball at Dreams Park in Cooperstown. The space was exceptionally clean, the queen mattress was incredibly comfortable, and the setting was quiet and private-yet it still offered all the comforts of home. Deb, our host, went above and beyond to make sure everything we needed was taken care of. It was a wonderful place to stay, and we highly recommend it.

This is a great place to stay for All Star Park, it's about 27 minutes away and a very easy drive, with not a lot of traffic. For a couple it is just enough space, we enjoyed our time here and watching our Grandson play ball. We did not do alot of cooking, we did fix breakfast each day, and there was enough cookware for what we needed. Everything was great here.
