Welcome to our historic farmhouse ! Enjoy this unique and spacious cabin-like space with 2000sqft, 4BR / 2BA, fenced in and surrounded by our other popular cabins (check our listing page). Our property is in a safe and peaceful neighborhood, conveniently and centrally situated to everything that wonderful Columbia has to offer. We've set up our unit with families and large groups in mind!

Need to lounge out? We have a comfortable large sofa and:
-Full Sized Kitchen Open concept to dining area.
- Two Queen Bedrooms (master w/ large 65" 4K tv) and two full size bedrooms, two full bathrooms (master bathroom w/ tub).

Have a pup? Our fenced in, private backyard give them enough space to run their heart out. For the group, enjoy our big red large deck, outdoor seating, and firepit. We kindly ask to adhere by our 2 pet maximum, with a weight limit of 35lbs each.

You're staying for while and that outfit can only be worn so many times. Use our in unit washer and dryer to freshen up.

The property is all yours! Please be courteous to our neighbors and respect their space.

Guest should expect complete privacy during their stay with exception of occasional general exterior grounds-only maintenance such as landscaping on bordering properties.

The property was just as described online. Very family-friendly from plenty of room and seating to spread out, games to play, and large yard for our grandson to run. The host promptly responded to questions we had as well as made contact to make sure everything was okay with our stay. We were able to enjoy Wild Lights at Riverbanks Zoo as well as the Saluda Riverwalk, West Columbia Riverwalk, and a morning at Leo’s Landing(a pretty amazing all inclusive playground.) The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook our meals and eat together. We will stay again.

Clean and comfortable. Getting TV's to work was a challenge. The TV in the family room froze up and 3 remotes for 1 TV in the Master with no directions continued to frustrate me throughout our stay.

Home away from home

Wow! Very clean, spacious home, beautifully decorated in a great location. All of the comforts of your own home while away. Our family and dog thoroughly enjoyed our stay here while moving our daughter to UofSC. We will stay here again when we come to SC to visit!

Beautiful home...but beware.. ROACHES!

The house is very nicely decorated and spacious but 2 tvs do not have cable and we couldnt get them to work/or the one working to stay on. The master bdem tv wouldnt connect and when it finally did had a frozen Netflix screen. The living room yv played Netflix and while streaming news/live tv it randomly shuts off. We can live withoit tv..not thr biggest deal but helpful for thr kids to sleep. The MAIN issue we had was we found 2 small roaches in the middle bathroom on our 2nd night and a green caterpillar in the kitchen. The catepillar was really no big deal but roaches..GROSS! NOT acceptable! There is no hot tub/ pool or whatever it is described. Communication was pretty quick with host about issues but he suggested the bugs we saw were palmetto bugs and they were definitely ROACHES! To make things worse...while driving home one was found traveling homw with us and was found on our luggage at a reat stop! I understood bugs get inside and this is a woodsy area..but a roach is a roach. They need an exterminator QUICK! Rhwir solution was a discounted next stay..and that doesn't seem to be a reasonable resolution. We have had enough bugs. No thank you!

Weekend getaway

Meet family for a weekend stay. Newly renovated, nice decor. Enjoyed our stay , with plenty of room. Large master bedroom with comfortable bed. Kitchen setup was nice /roomy, had everything you need to enjoy a meal . Close to downtown. The zoo was right down the road .

We had a great time, the location was perfect for going out to eat , we went to isle of palms which was only 2 hours away so it was just a good relaxing getaway with a private backyard Thank you

Four guys stayed here during Masters week. Place was perfect for us. 4 clean beds and 2 clean baths. Communication with Justin was excellent

This neighborhood, particularly this Farmhouse was one of the oldest homes in the community, it was an area ripe for change and we have been seeing this over the years. I also wanted the challenge to see if I could bring a ounce historic home back to life.
