Just a short stroll to the beach, this apartment is in the perfect location to get the best of what Traverse City has to offer. Great shopping and restaurants within walking distance, including the Omelette Shoppe below the apartment.
The space
Newly renovated 2nd floor apartment in Downtown Traverse City. This studio is equipped with a queen bed that sleeps 2.

For added convenience, this unit includes wifi, a dishwasher, walk-in shower and comes fully stocked with linens, towels, kitchenware, Keurig, and more.

The unit includes one parking space in the public parking lot (Lot O) adjacent to the building. Additional metered parking is available on site or the Hardy Parking Garage at 303 E State St which is a 6 min walk from the building.

The parking was a bit confusing. We had someone that was parked in our spot our first day. We received a couple parking tickets even though we had our parking pass displayed. That was the only downside. Super cute, clean and well stocked. I love that when we left there wasn't a long list of things we had to do before leaving. The location was awesome also. Eat at the Omelet shop. It was awesome.
