Newski’s Mountaintop Lodge has a layout that beautifully accommodates groups of all sizes: single families, multiple families, couple's trips, girls' getaways, guys' weekends, multi-generational family trips, golf weekends & everything in between. It boasts an acre to explore + 4400sq ft. with 5 bedrooms on 3 levels. It sleeps up to 14. We’re also members at Rumbling Bald mountain resort with pool/golf/gym/mini golf/tennis/pickleball access only 5 mins away from the Lodge. Bonus: there are a few special areas throughout the home to keep children busy playing that make things even more enjoyable for the adults. We're parents so we know how much fun, confined spaces help everyone's enjoyment ;)

Everything about this luxury mountain home was designed to capture the panoramic mountain and lake views. Mountaintop Lodge was also designed to smoothly serve multiple generations or families. It has amazing spaces for gathering together and plenty of areas to seek quiet and solitude, too.

The main level great room is both spectacular & cozy. Soaring vaulted ceilings with classic stick & beam architecture, a wall of glass with breathtaking views out of every window, a giant floor-to-ceiling stacked stone wood-burning fire place, everyone’s favorite chaise lounge, awesome furniture & decor, & 65” TV equipped with YouTube TV (including ESPN+), Netflix & Disney+ over the fireplace.

The great room opens to the just-built large deck with insane views, outdoor dining table, brand-new 6-person hot tub & seating + swing under the front covered section. One step onto the deck and you’re hit with the most stunning & sweeping views. The string cafe lights are the perfect touch. It’s the favorite spot for coffee, drinks, meals & cards.

The gourmet kitchen has amazing views with a wall of windows. It’s stocked with everything you could need. Dishwasher, oven/stove, microwave, toaster, blender, pots/pans & a coffee bar (with real coffee maker, not keurig) to start your mornings off right! The Lodge also has every type of bar glassware you could want, so toast away! We even have kids' plates & utensils, so you don't need to bring a thing. The dining table is in the kitchen & the window nook is a favorite spot for all!

The master bedroom has vaulted ceilings, a king bed, oversized walk-in closet, an en-suite bath with large walk-in shower & jetted tub, TV and its own private side porch with a swing & incredible views.

One step onto the large deck will take your breath away. The view is beyond words. A hot tub, outdoor dining table, string cafe lights, grill, & covered section with seating & a porch swing add to the enjoyment.

On the top level, there are 2 bedrooms. The first has a queen bed, walk-in closet & TV and something special for kids: the “Bird’s Nest” — a ladder loft that overlooks the room. The second room has 2 double beds & a secret hideout we’ve named the “Bee Hive” in case you have kids in tow. Both rooms have amazing views. Upstairs there is also a seating area with couch & bistro table, and a bathroom with spacious shower. The Lodge has an open floor plan so the top floor has a balcony overlooking the great room & main floor foyer.

On the lower level, there is an awesome game/movie room with a shuffleboard table, large sectional, big TV, and more ridiculous views. On this floor you’ll also find a bathroom with a true cedar sauna, a bunk room with twin bunk + a double bed (again with the views), a bedroom with a queen bed, a poker room (with a 55” TV), and a flex room with a Peloton (for your use) and a full-sized, movable crib (not a pack n play, we know those babies need to zzz). Oh, and there’s a dedicated playroom stocked with toys & activities for the kids…and indirectly for the adults because it keeps the kids happy & confined.

The yard boasts ample outdoor seating just waiting for you to sit & enjoy + a fire pit with insane mountain views. And we provide the firewood!

Only 15 minutes from a well-stocked Ingles + Starbucks and a Dollar General! Plus, The Bear's Cup Café Bar is a brand new coffee shop serving Starbucks drinks 5 mins away (along with Legends restaurants & bar!)
