The Space:
Collaborating with a local designer, we have infused this home with stylish coastal touches and ensured that every detail caters to your needs. The living room is a blend of style and comfort, featuring a deep-seated couch where you can curl up and enjoy your favorite streaming service on the Smart TV.

Each bedroom is adorned with luxurious 100% cotton linens and equipped with Smart TVs, providing a serene space for everyone to recharge after a day of exploration. Working remotely is a breeze with our blazing-fast 200mbps internet speed at your disposal.
The grassy yard surrounding the home offers multiple seating options for delightful outdoor dining, along with a sectional for your ultimate relaxation.

The master bedroom boasts a king bed, while the second bedroom treats you to a queen bed and floor-to-ceiling windows that showcase an unobstructed ocean view. The third bedroom features a set of two twin bunk beds. With three bathrooms in total, convenience is ensured for all guests.

Guest Access:
You'll have access to everything you see in the photos! Every corner of this home has been thoughtfully designed to create a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere.

Entry to the property is seamless with our smart lock system. On the morning of your check-in, you will receive an email containing the smart lock code and any other relevant details for a smooth and hassle-free entry.

The Neighborhood:
Solana Beach is a charming seaside community, nestled along the northern coast of San Diego County, and about thirty minutes by car from downtown San Diego. Solana Beach is packed full of scenic trails, welcoming surf breaks, natural tide pools, and a wide variety of eclectic, mostly locally-owned shops and services that are almost all within a 30-minute walk or less from Fletcher Cove, the main beach.

Other Things to Note:
The home, like many in the area, doesn't have central AC. Being so close the coast, it's best to open up the windows to enjoy the breeze off the Pacific. Each room has ceiling fans as well. Please be aware the hot tub in the backyard is not an available amenity at this time.

There is a non-functioning jacuzzi in the back. While we wish it was working, that's not in the budget at this time. Reiterating here that is is not a listed amenity.

While my first priority is ensuring my valued guests enjoy their stay, I have an equally important commitment to the safety and comfort of my neighbors and community. Please read the following list of property rules prior to confirming your reservation. If you’re uncomfortable with these rules, I encourage you to please make alternate accommodations:

GUEST
• For security purposes, guests who wish to make a reservation must have a completed profile on Airbnb, including a clear photograph of your face (so we know the person booking is in fact the person checking in).
• You must be at least 25 years old to reserve our property.
• Check-in is 4PM or later. Check-in instructions will be sent via email the morning of your stay
• No illegal activity or illicit substances are permitted on the premises: Doing either will result in eviction from the property, and may also result in law enforcement involvement.

PETS
• Unfortunately, we do not allow pets at the property. Service animals are welcomed, but please let us know before booking the home so we can align.

DAMAGE
• We understand accidents happen. In the event of damage occurring at the property, we require that all guests report any and all damage during their stay, prior to check-out.

SMOKING
• Our property is 100% smoke free inside the home, and that includes both cannabis and vaping. If you're a regular smoker and feel you'll have a hard time following this rule we kindly suggest you look into another property. Smoke remediation is extremely expensive and you will be charged.

EVENTS & GATHERINGS
• We have a zero-tolerance policy for noise complaints, parties or gatherings of any sort. Please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. QUIET HOURS are daily from 10PM-8AM.

SECURITY
• This property may implement video surveillance in outdoor public areas to ensure the safety and security of all guests. Additionally, this property may also use Noise Aware technology to ensure the comfort and security of our guests.

VISITORS
• We ask that all guests let us know in advance if they plan on having any visitors during their stay. You may not have additional guests unless previously authorized by the host.

FILMING & PHOTO SHOOTS
• If you or your company are interested in utilizing the space for film, television, music video or photo/film shoots of any kind, please contact us via the message portion of the site to discuss details, approvals, pricing, etc.

PLEASE NOTE
• Guest agrees to hold the Host harmless against any and all loss, claims, causes of action, demands and/or costs and expenses that may be incurred by the guests in relation to the unit rental. We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items. Subletting the property is strictly prohibited.

TRAVEL INSURANCE
• We highly recommend our guests purchase travel insurance or book with a credit card to protect them against any issues that would cause a guest to have to cancel their trip. Our cancellation policy will be adhered to.

Solana Beach Rental
This property was perfect for our week stay in Solana Beach. The house is well equipped and our host was very attentive to any needs. The location is ideal for walking around with access to S Cedros and the beach just minutes away. We had a lot of rain and the sun room roof has some leaks but did not affect us we were not using that room. I would most definitely stay at this property again.

Worked for us
This is tough review. They were pleasant to deal with and the place is somewhat ok. Was between 3-4 stars, leaned into 4 stars as it was fine and don’t want a negative impact on them. The outside of the house is a disaster , old pickup truck in side driveway covered in cobwebs and just felt odd, the side street driveway is on little sketchy but main road is lovely w beautiful homes. The outdoor Sofa is worn, somewhat dirty and needs TLC , same for entire homes grounds.. Inside was functional and mainly clean , the setup is odd but worked for us. Best thing is to leave windows open and let fresh air in. Kitchen is neat same as living room, it’s not new or fancy but works for most part. TV is oddly set up , same for living room furniture that is on the low side and not facing the TV. Everyone is little worn but not terrible, usable but you can feel the time of each cup, glass silverware etc. master bed is odd, extremely low to ground and not quite sure what it’s made of. Not a spring style bed but more of total foam base, again not horrible and not great. Showers were good , clean but not sparkling..same for faucets and sinks. Towels were very clean and soft. Upstairs exhaust fan helped when we first arrived , few hours in and windows open all was well. TV controls had fuzzy batteries inside or none .. it was those minor issues that made me little uneasy all around. The value is there , we felt safe and secure 24/7 in a very cool walkable downtown and beach zone.

Excellent location and property
This was an excellent choice for us to stay. The home had everything you could need for a stay and with such a wonderful home, I didn’t feel the need to even go out. The location is really 10 mins walk to the beach and in a quiet street. You can walk 2 blocks and have multiple top restaurants to choose from. I highly recommend this property for your next stay.
