Enjoy a relaxing stay in this cozy townhouse in a quiet and safe established neighborhood .Lots of restaurants and shopping near by and only 10 minutes to Texas Tech and the medical district. This home also features 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms as well as a large living and dining area. The bedrooms have 1 King,1 Queen and 1 full bed. The sofa also pulls out to make a Queen size bed in the living room. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to prepare meals and the laundry room has a washer and dryer for guest use also.
Wireless Internet is provided and smart tv's allow for unlimited streaming options.
There is a covered patio for relaxing on cool fall evenings.

This property is ready for a family trip or a fun couples get away!

Great Stay!

The Cow Palace was the perfect stay for our family to celebrate my daughter’s graduation. Plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable and to host our celebration dinner. Property manager was excellent. We’ll definitely be back.

Great Lubbock Location

Working with owner was refreshing and she was responsive. House is nicely decorated and comfortable. Availability of bottled water and necessities was a plus.

Texas Tech family weekend

This was the perfect place. Super cozy, large kitchen and dining area for all of us to eat and play games around the table. We grilled dinner one night and sat out on the patio area. Highly recommend and will definitely be back

Graduation get together with grandsons...

Wow loved everything about this place the location the decor but most of all the fully stocked kitchen was a plus we were able to make a few meals together which saved money...My family enjoyed the stay very comfortable for my mom who is 82 and had just jad surgery a grwat place for her to rest and enjoy her great grandsons who we met us there from San Antonio..comfortable beds and nice cooling system...enjoyed definitely will be back...

Great gome away from home

This house was beautiful! It was spacious and fully ready for everything we needed. We had to contact our host to have a quick repair, but she was so fast about it! This location was close to everything we needed. The wi-fi kept the whole house happy.

Parents weekend

This place was absolutely amazing. It is true Texas Decour and everything we love about Lubbock. It was a quick trip but we would’ve loved to of stayed longer. Everything was super clean and it was extremely well stocked. The location made it super easy to get to every place that we needed to be. Our host also communicated with us very quickly with all questions that we had
this place deserves more than five stars and we will absolutely be back again .

Great place to stay

Our family really enjoyed staying at the Cow Palace! It’s in a great part of Lubbock right next to a bunch of restaurants and shops. The neighborhood is nice and seems very quiet. The home itself is very spacious. All 3 bedrooms had comfortable beds. The master bathroom is huge with 2 sinks and a separate shower and tub. The kitchen has anything you could ever need. We loved all the heavy duty furniture and unique pieces of decorations throughout the home. You could spend days looking at all of the neat items. We loved our stay here and will definitely try to stay again in the future!
