Beach Condo, 4 min walk to deeded beach, Beach service provided, Great Location!
Salt Break, a beautifully renovated 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo on the 2nd floor of Emerald Waters Beachside Cond, is a place you will want to return. We are located away from high rise crowds with only a 4 minute walk to deeded beach access. Deeded beach means only those with a code to the community gate should set up on the designated beach area. Deeded beaches are typically less crowded than public beaches. The condo is fully stocked and updated with a comfy coastal feel.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen tv, access to the balcony, and closet space; ensuite bathroom with a dual sink vanity along with plenty storage.
The second bedroom has a twin over queen built in bunk with a twin trundle, flatscreen tv, closet space, and ensuite bathroom. Kids are always fans of this room, but it is comfortable for adults too.
The kitchen is equipped with updated full size appliances and most everything you need to prepare meals.
The utility room has a full size washer and dryer.
The living room has a queen size hide-a-bed, love seat, and flat screen tv.
The balcony off the living room over looks the seasonally heated pool and has peek-a-boo views of the beautiful gulf waters.
We provide 2 beach chairs and 1 umbrella seasonally, March - October, for our guests. They will be set up daily for you on the beach during your stay.
The surrounding area has everything you need for your family beach get away. Near by favorite restaurants : Pompano Joe's, Kenny D's, Whale's Tail, Surf Hut, Captain Dave's On the Gulf, Bad Ass Coffee, Ice Cream shops, and many more. Alvin's Island is across the street for any beach needs during your stay. Outlet shops and other retail are near by.
While pets are precious, Salt Break does not allow pets. It works better for everyone's allergies to remain pet free at the condo. The minimum age requirement to rent is 25. As your host, I am aware my home will play a major role in the success of your vacation. Your stay is my priority and my goal is for you to return.

I have 4 children and we out grew traditional hotels rooms years ago. Using short term rentals is how we enjoy traveling most. We started in the business in 2020 and love providing a vacation destination for other families. Salt Break is a favorite stay for my family. My kids love the easy beach access and the pool. My husband and I enjoy the sun sets on the beach each night. It is the most magical time of day.

I love the location of this property. It is nice to have a short walk to the beach. When we realize we left something at the condo or someone needs a restroom, it's no big deal to walk back to the condo. Alvin's Island across the street keeps all the beach needs met. You are a short walk or quick car ride to several food options as well.

We want you to spend your time at Salt Break making memories and having fun. To help with your beach time we provide two beach chairs and one umbrella. They will be set up for you daily on the beach. It is one less thing to carry and keeps things simple.
