Situé dans la charmante communauté de Gulfside Cottages, After Dunes Delight est parfaitement situé pour vous permettre de profiter du meilleur de Destin. Juste une courte promenade vous sépare de l'accès à la plage de la communauté privée et de la piscine. Des boutiques et des restaurants vous attendent au Silver Sands Premium Outlets, situé juste en face de la communauté de Gulfside Cottage. Cette maison de plage pittoresque comprend trois chambres à coucher, deux salles de bain et demie et une surface habitable de plus de 1 600 pieds carrés. Le plan d'étage est divisé entre deux étages, vous trouverez l'espace de vie principal au premier étage et les chambres au deuxième étage.

Les murs en feuilles et le décor côtier vous accueillent dès votre entrée dans la maison. Le plan ouvert du premier étage permet à tous les membres de votre groupe de se détendre dans leur propre espace tout en passant du temps ensemble. La cuisine, dotée de comptoirs en granit et d’appareils en acier inoxydable, contient tous les éléments essentiels pour préparer des repas pour l’ensemble du groupe. Passez du temps dans le salon et profitez du mobilier confortable et de la grande télévision à écran plat. Si vous cherchez un endroit pour vous détendre et profiter du rythme plus lent de la vie, cette maison de vacances privée est le choix parfait!

The home was in a perfect location in my opinion. Within walking distance but far enough that your not hearing all the neighbors around you. Walking distance to outlets, right next to Chick fil for the kids! Clean and comfy home with everything you need.

Beautiful and relaxing

Private neighborhood right on the beach, perfect for our friends trip, there were floaties, umbrellas, and beach chairs in the storage area which was super helpful. We had a wonderful time.

Loved it!

We had a great time. I loved that someone was always there to assist us. I also loved the neighborhood and the short walk to the beach. The house was very comfortable and very nice kitchen to prepare our meals. We would stay here again.

Great location and close to the beach

The home was located in a great spot. Short walk to the beach with plenty of room for large families. Loved the neighborhood and the pool. The only negative thing was the appliances not working properly. The agitator in the washer didn’t spin, dishwasher was molded pretty bad and the fridge kept freezing up. Family had a great stay and would love to come to this area again.

Great spot.

Enjoyed a Spring Break get away with my 4 teenagers. Great condo and location that worked perfectly for us. Only 2 small issues: propane tank for the grill was empty and water pressure is a bit low when starting the washing machine These did not take away from our enjoying our trip and we will definitely purely stay here again if we return to the Destin area.

Beach Vacation

There were some broken furniture outside and some cleanliness issues with the couch. Nothing that stopped us from enjoying our time in this lovely neighborhood we will return to soon. We love the location and the amenities. We would book again.

Perfection!

This house is so much better than what the photos show! Nine of us stayed and were very comfortable the entire time. The kitchen is huge and the living space was very spacious for all of us! The porch was a great space to hang out together as well. The short walk to the beach was truly a short walk! And the private beach was so nice!!

Perfect Beach Vacation

We really loved this place! It's a very short walk to the beach and we appreciated the easy access. We knew it would be plenty big for our family of 5 (2 adults, 1 teenager, 2 kids), but it was even larger than expected which was great. I loved how clean it was when we arrived and the neighborhood has a bunch of places within walking distance. It has a ton of pots/pans/utensils to make meals, just be sure to bring salt/pepper/oil if you plan on cooking. The property management were very responsive and friendly, too. We also really appreciated the signage and instructions around the house, as well as the check-in process , very well done! Overall we had an amazing time and would highly recommend this house!

Great house

This property was awesome! We did have a few issues and reported them. They were fixed but the only thing that I didn’t like is that they didn’t communicate if anything was being done. Other than that, it was a beautiful home. We had a great time, probably one of the best rentals I’ve ever gotten in Miramar Beach. I highly recommend.

Was just OK

Need beach supplies/chairs/towels. Spotted one or two giant roaches: one in kitchen and one on the landing. Bad sheets on some of the beds: hot, slippery poly. For that price they should be cool, 100% cotton bedding. Otherwise everything was fine.

Nice and quiet beach house

We enjoyed our stayed and really appreciated the flexibility to extend our stay. The rooms were spacious and the walk to the beach wasn’t bad even though it was raining during our stay. They did have a fully stocked kitchen. The bathrooms upstairs were a bit dirty when we got there. It was a last minute booking so that might explained it. Communication was easy and anytime I needed something they were quick to respond. Overall, we were satisfied and happy with our stay. I would recommend the beach house and staying with Southern Rentals.

Miramar beach rental

Great location. Convenient to stores and restaurants. Football field away from beach. If we had 11 guests as we projected it would have been cramped. Repair issue handled timely and professionally. A/C needs to adjust at night for comfortable sleeping in the upstairs bedrooms. Overall and 8.5 out of ten. And the additional water toys were convenient as well.
