From the airy great room, look out across the water while you dine, and from the deck enjoy brilliant star-gazing at night. The two spacious bedrooms, each with its own roomy bath, feature waterfront views. The kitchen provides plenty of room to cook the shrimp and scallops you buy right off the boat in Carrabelle’s renowned seafood markets.

Want to shell and swim? It's just over one mile to Carrabelle’s lovely municipal sands.

Bringing your own boat? Five minutes from the private dock takes you into the Bay, where you can fish, cruise with dolphins and sting rays, and watch pelicans and bald eagles swoop out of the sky. In less than fifteen minutes reach the pristine jewel of Dog Island, where you can shell and sunbathe far from the crowds.

Ready for a night out? Conveniently located 15 minutes from St. George Island Bridge, and 25 minutes from Apalachicola, our home welcomes you to a wealth of shopping, dining, and exploring.
