The location was great as we traveled Borge north and south of Colorado Springs for our activities. Easy road access but yet a quiet neighborhood. Really enjoyed our stay.

Great stay! The place was spotless, cozy, and in a perfect spot for exploring the area. Joanna was super friendly and quick to respond. The coffee setup was a nice touch — it’s funny how something so simple can make the morning feel a lot better. Would definitely stay again!

This vrbo was a great stay! My husband and I visit COS often, and this apt was one of our favorites. It's attached to the main house, but it feels private and has its own outside sitting area. The inside was very clean, updated, and had everything we needed to cook for the week. It's located near several restaurants, and only 15 mins from Garden of the Gods and Red Rock Open Space. Joanna and Joshua were great hosts and made our stay great. We highly recommend this vrbo if you're staying in COS.

Great spot. Exactly as pictured and I was THRILLED that there was coffee there for the making as grocery shopping was not on my to do list. Be sure to let the host know if you're planning on using the outside patios so she can clean them up a bit. You will need a car to get to most dining and entertainment options, but the apartment comes with its own parking spot and is a quick 5/10 minute drive from almost all options. No complaints!

Amie did not even stay in our unit. After not communicating about a concern while still here, she decided to leave and go to a hotel. Her concern was a closet door that was locked that she could not open. We will be appealing this review as it does not reflect any actual review of a stay or the property.
