Only 5 minutes from downtown Colorado Springs and Old Colorado City and 10 minutes to Garden of the Gods State Park! Coming to visit and need to be close to Colorado College you're in luck, this home is within walking distance, just 2-3 minutes.
Step into our homely abode and embrace its warmth and comfort. The open floor plan features a welcoming living room, perfect for unwinding, enjoying heartwarming conversations, or catching up on your favorite shows on the Smart TV. Our recently renovated kitchen, equipped with all the essentials, makes meal preparation a breeze, while the dining table comfortably seats four for your mealtime gatherings.
Should work beckon during your stay, a dedicated workspace awaits to accommodate your needs.
Sleep in comfort in our two cozy bedrooms. The first features a queen bed with a cozy sitting area, while the second bedroom offers two extra-large (XL) twin beds, suitable for both kids and adults. A well-appointed hallway bathroom, adorned with beautiful tile work, includes a tub/shower combo for your convenience.
