• Guest must provide names of all guests staying, address and phone
number for Madeira Beach Yacht Club Registration a minimum of 14 days
before arrival date. We will send out a rental agreement for you to provide
this information and review and agree to house rules.
• Parking permits must be picked up at the office Monday-Friday
• Minimum renter age is 25. Photo ID will be required to verify.

Both are on the ground floor of the Madeira Beach Yacht Club, so you’ll have plenty of privacy but can easily go between the two units. .
