Located on the third floor, this unit has an open concept living room, dining room and kitchen area. It features stainless appliances and beautiful countertops. The kitchen has a breakfast bar for additional seating. The living room features a large flat screen tv and an oversized couch to wind down for the evening while taking in sunset views overlooking the marina. There are windows everywhere to enjoy the incredible water views. A true gem with a large private balcony to enjoy the sunsets over the emerald bay. This unit is well equipped with ample seating both inside and outdoors. The location is great too-conveniently positioned within easy reach of world-class Florida beaches and central Madeira Beach attractions. A short stroll along Gulf Boulevard offers several beach access points on the way to dining and entertainment around the area.

When it is time to retire for the night, The main bedroom features a comfortable king size bed as well as direct access to your private balcony. Attached to the main bedroom is the primary bath which has dual sinks and a luxurious walk-in shower. The 2nd bedroom features a queen size bed. For additional sleeping arrangements, the 3rd bedroom has 1 twin/full bunk bed set. The shared full bath includes a tub/shower combo and there is an additional half bath for your convenience.

Other things to note
No pets allowed. Minimum rental age is 25 years old. Adults under 25 years of age must be accompanied by a parent. This House Rule overrides all information you may see on the ad of the property. Breaking this rule will lead to cancellation and/or eviction. Smoking is not allowed anywhere at the vacation rental property inside or outside of the home. Your check-in time is a firm 3:00 PM EST. No early check-ins will be permitted. Your check-out time is a firm 10:00AM EST. A fee will be incurred for late check-outs. No events or parties of any kind are permitted.
