Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen and comfortable modern furnishings, offering a King bed in the primary bedroom, Queen bed in the second bedroom, and a sofa sleeper in the den.

Enjoy a morning cup of coffee, afternoon lounging, or an evening glass of wine under the covered front and back patios or on the extended pavered seating area. South facing backyard, citrus trees, outdoor heater, and BBQ grill available for your use during your stay.

Sun City Anthem at Merrill Ranch is a 55+ resort community and offers SO much for you to take advantage of! For the golf enthusiast, you are eligible for resident rates at the 18 hole Poston Butte Championship Golf Course managed by Troon. The impressive 48,000 square foot Recreation Center offers a state-of-the-art fitness center, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, indoor jogging/walking track, ballroom, bocce and pickle ball courts, tennis, arts and crafts rooms, and an abundance of clubs and activities to participate in. Plus, there is an onsite restaurant, and you’ll be close proximity to local conveniences such as a grocery store, banks, gas stations, and more. **Passes are available to use the Recreation Center for a one-time cost of $25.00 for two people (MINIMUM 30 DAY STAY REQUIRED TO USE THE AMENITIES PER COMMUNITY GUIDELINES).

During the months of December through March, we would prefer a minimum 30 day stay. However, exceptions may be considered! Rates quoted are for 2 guests. If additional guests will be joining you, please check with owners before booking!

Linens and towels provided. We also provide the following items to get you started: hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, trash liners, shampoo/conditioner, and laundry detergent. If additional items or supplies are needed or if you run out, you will need to purchase them at your own expense.
