· Self check-in with a smart lock. Your personal code comes with your check-in instructions 24 hours before arrival.

· Garage: one small car only. It is a compact single-car garage, so pickups, vans, and larger SUVs should use the free street parking in front of the unit.

· Bike storage and a repair stand are in the garage.

· The garage can also be reached from the backyard, with a wall opener inside.

Located in a quiet residential neighborhood just a 10 minute walk to Bentonville Square, the Walmart Museum, and dozens of shops, cafés, and award‑winning restaurants. Crystal Bridges Museum and The Momentary are an easy bike ride or short drive away (1.5–2 miles). World‑class mountain‑bike trails like Slaughter Pen and Coler Preserve are nearby, as are bike rental shops and parks.



Getting Around:

Bentonville Square is a 10‑minute walk; bike trails and parks are within a short ride. Uber, Lyft and taxi services operate widely, and car rentals are available for exploring the wider Ozarks. Secure bike storage and repair stand onsite.

High chair and Pack ’n Play are available on request with advanced notice. Exterior doorbell camera faces the front exterior for your safety. Quiet hours are 8 PM–8 AM; no parties or events.



Supplies: We stock a starter supply of essentials, including toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish and laundry soap, and coffee, to get you through the first couple of days. For longer stays, please plan to pick up extra supplies as needed.
