Located on the second floor (Unit 202) it has two spacious bedrooms with queen beds, 2 full bathrooms and an open living room, dining area and large, modern kitchen. It is only 1/4 mile from the long, sandy beach and Palace Playland and a few steps further to the famous pier. People have been enjoying this stroll for generations.

Enjoy your beach day and come back to cool, air-conditioned comfort (aaahhh!) to cook delicious dinners in your fully stocked kitchen. -- everything you need to serve tasty meals. But why cook when all of Old Orchard's many dining options are just outside, only blocks away? There are pubs, restaurants, ice cream stands, shopping and live music within an easy walk.

In the evening, take a sunset walk along the beach and stop for a cool, colorful cocktail at one of beach bars along the way. Or just sit and relax on your small deck and people watch.

What’s included?
Each home comes with full linens and one set of towels per guest. So, if the home accommodates 6 people, you'll find 6 sets of towels waiting for you.
Feel free to use the washer and dryer on-site to freshen them up anytime.
Further, Coastal Maine Vacations has you covered with a handy starter kit. We provide an initial supply of shampoo, conditioner, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, soaps, trash bags, and more. While it's not meant to last your entire stay, it's perfect to get you through your first night or two and help you settle in comfortably. More convenience - A washer/dryer within your unit and two designated parking spots. Pet friendly too!

We had a great time here. It was exactly what we expected. A little longer walk than we were hoping for but there was a plenty of parking closer to the beach even though you had to pay for it. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

5 minute walk to the beach. Far enough from the noise but close enough for the excitement!!! Would definitely stay here again!!!

Beautiful property. Very accessible to beach. East facing bedrooms windows need room darkening shades. Overall, we would stay here again.

No hair dryer as indicated when booked, not enough towels for people that shower and wash hair daily. Purchased both items and left for next guest.

Thanks Cheryl. I am sorry about the hair dryer. They sometimes go missing and the housekeeper doesn't always catch it. I would have been happy to bring you one if you had mentioned it to me. We supply a full set of towels for each guest. A bath towel, a hand towel, and a wash cloth. There is also a washer/dryer should you want to wash them.

The condo was very clean and the beds were very comfortable! Living room was comfortable to hang out in at night.A couple things:A/C was a bit cold, we even turned it off and we still were cold, it still ran. there was only one small spoon, and the deck needs better seats, maybe some cheap plastic adirondack chairs.

30 year anniversary celebration

We were there to celebrate with another couple also celebrating their 30th anniversary and the setting and atmosphere was just what we wanted. Peaceful and relaxing .

Lovely Stay

The place was great! We all loved the open floor plan for entertaining & just hanging out. Both bedrooms & bathrooms were spacious. Location is good but there was a bit of loud partying happening in the houses around us once Saturday hit however it was a busy Labor Day weekend.

Perfect location for exploring Maine coast

This property is the perfect location for folks new to Maine who want to explore Old Orchard Beach, Portland, Biddeford and Kennebuckport. All of these destinations are within 30 minutes with beach at OOB a short 5 minute drive away. Property itself is open and inviting. We had a two bedroom unit on the second floor. Very modern layout and appearance with all the amenities you could need. For anyone who wants to explore Maine this is the perfect spot.

The unit is just fine, and clean. But the curtains in the bedrooms, specifically the primary bedroom are too small for the windows making it challenging to fully close them to keep the sun out in the morning or feel like you aren’t flashing the neighborhood while changing at night. And the cleaning crew constantly left the main door open allowing anyone to just walk into the building. It felt unsafe.

Beautiful Interior

The condo was very nice and new and very clean. I think it could have used a couple frying pans and a few more pots. Unfortunately, we did not enjoy the location. There was a dilapidated building to view from every window and it was too hard a walk to the beach with all that we bring. We had to drive to the beach and unload at the access.

Robin -- there are NO windows on the side of that poor burned building. Not a one. You may see it from your deck, but I would imagine you would sit on your deck facing the ocean side? No need to see it at all! It is unfortunate it is there, but we cannot control that. We can control pots and pans and certainly I will add to them There is actually a full set already there, but it cannot hurt to add a pan or two. I am glad you liked the interior and found it clean. Those are things we can control too! Thank you for staying with us!

Review

The place was beautiful and has everything to cook meals in the kitchen. The beds were so comfortable. My only suggestion was to have a bureau of some sort to put away clothes. Also the location was supposedly 1/4 mile from the pier and beach. I was under impression that it was walking distance, but we needed to drive and had to pay to park every day. It was a mile away. That was a big negative for us.

The place was fairly clean with the exception of some of the dishes and the air conditioner filters which made the place smell if you turned them on. Uneven floors and doors that won't latch and open by themselves. It really isn't provisioned like most VRBO properties with only one teaspoon in the place and only 2 wine glasses. The management company for this property didn't seem to want to hear about the problems either and refused to escalate our complaints. They offered a 50 refund but I have not received it.

Daniel - We did offer to come in to address the ac filters, even though it seemed strange to us. The AC heat pumps were used all summer with no issues --but you refused access to us. Your "provision" complaints would have been easily addressed too - but you did not tell us about them until after your stay when you requested a full night credit. Wine glasses break and teaspoons do go missing, but they are easily replaced. We could have brought you these items and left them at your door without entering the condo. We tried to replicate the bedroom door not closing, but we were unable to do so. At any rate, we do not believe these complaints impacted your vacation with any significance. We did offer to compensate you in a small way - what we would have paid someone to respond to your complaints - but you wanted significantly more. You may be happy to know wine glasses and teaspoons were replenished! Of course we want all of our guests to be happy and comfortable in the homes we manage. We take pride in our excellent hospitality and we ususally are able to please our guests.We are sorry we missed the mark with you.

Beach vacation

We had a great time at this beautiful condo. The condo was very clean. They did provide amenities. I would say that if you use more then one towel when you shower I would bring extra. The sun will wake you up every morning, so being an early riser would be needed. I do suggest if you plan to cook, pots and pans are provided, but I do suggest to bring a bigger pan or griddle. These are not complaints, just giving suggestions. The condo is modern and looks new. We did enjoy ourselves and do recommend anyone that is going to Old Orchard Beach this is a perfect place to stay.

The only thing we noticed and will share in case you are notaware ....when it rains...there is a fairly substantial leak from porch/deck roof ...not anything we couldn't work around. Very nice place, very clean, impressed with quality of renovation.A little inconvenient not to have a dining table and chairs, but island counter and stools were adequate

Das Appartement war sehr geräumig mit zwei Schlafzimmer und 2 Bädern sowie einem sehr großzügigen Wohn-/Essbereich mit offener Küche. Zudem waren Waschmaschine und Trockner vorhanden. Parkplätze direkt am Haus. Kontakt zum Vermieter lief reibungslos. Nur 15 Minuten Walk ins Zentrum, der erste Strandabschnitt sogar in 7 Minuten erreichbar. Wir würden hier beim nächsten Aufenthalt wieder übernachten.
