We really enjoyed our stay at Sky Deck. The townhouse is bright, cheerful, exceptionally clean, and so spacious. It felt comfortable and welcoming from the moment we arrived.The location was one of our favorite things. We did not have a car during our stay, and we really didn’t need one. We were able to walk to the beach, restaurants, shops, and ice cream, which made the location incredibly convenient and added so much to our vacation.The townhouse had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. A few small kitchen additions, such as measuring cups, measuring spoons, and lobster or crab utensils, would be helpful for guests who enjoy cooking or bringing home local seafood.Overall, Sky Deck was a wonderful place to stay. We loved the space, cleanliness, cheerful atmosphere, and walkable location, and we made some very special memories there.

The unit was really nice as far as the layout and things you need for the stay. The building next door partially burned down in 2021, so a bit unsightly. Also when we arrived the thermostats were set to 63 degrees, a bit cold for our liking, so we adjusted to 73 degrees, at which point there was an apparent odor that lingered in the in the unit, couldn't place the smell, we checked everything in the unit and couldn't find the source of the smell, might it be a long term remnant from the fire next door?

Just as described. Perfect for a girl’s getaway with two comfy bedrooms and two bathrooms. The place was spotless and quiet. We enjoyed walking to the beach, visiting lighthouses, hiking, and day trips to Ogunquit, Bradbury Park, Portland and Kennebunkport. The shower was great too! We had an amazing time and highly recommend this place!

Great Location!

My family of 4 stayed with our dog for almost a week. The condo had everything we needed for the stay and was very clean. It's a short walk to the beach, so we saved at least $100 on parking and were able to go to the beach numerous times a day.

The apartment itself was very clean. However, the entryway and stairway to the third floor had a strong smell of wet dog. We really liked that the heat/air conditioning were on splits so we could each keep our bedroom at different temperatures. The sunrise seen from the balcony was wonderful!

Early June Getaway

The property is very well maintained. Excellent parking on site. Newer construction/renovations & very clean. Great balcony. You can hear the ocean at night and see it during the daytime. Union street is convenient to everything. We will be back for sure. Easy under 10 minute walk to the beach.

Property was exactly as advertised. Very clean and spacious. Loved having washer and dryer so we didn’t have to pack as much. Short walk to the beach was very convenient. Check in and check out was super easy. Received updates and instructions without any issues. Will definitely book this property again next summer!

Yes. Place was very clean. Did not have personal contact with anyone but excellent arrival instructions. The suggestion I have is when you have guests staying more than 3 nights, provide more than 1 set of bath towels per guest. I’m not on vacation to do laundry
