Bedding had cat hair on it. Host communication was fine. Kitchen was clean could have used more amenities in bathroom such as towels and paper products. Could hear alot of commotion in the neighborhood and upper room above. Would not recommend this place or area.

Great clean condo

This place was beautiful, it was very clean and had everything we needed. It was a bit further away from the beach than we had thought but not a terrible walk with a wagon! The air conditioning was excellent and was such a relief to come back to every day!

Clean, updated, and convenient

This was our first time to Old Orchard Beach and we loved it. It’s a super fun beach vibe, and the condo fit our needs perfectly. It’s very clean, has great appliances, and the odd street dedicated parking is a huge plus. We especially appreciated the beach chairs and towels available to borrow.

My stay was great! The only issue I encountered was that while the apartment was spotless, I didn't understand why there were curtains instead of blinds on the windows. Without proper window coverings, it felt uncomfortable to sleep, as people could see inside the apartment. I suggest installing blinds instead of curtains. Come on, it's 2025, not 1960!

Perfect spot

Really lovely stay. Convenient location - walkable to beach (.5 miles) and pier (1 mile), use of provided beach chairs, skim board etc. full size appliances for cooking, fridge and washer dryer. Only suggestion - 1) room darkening shades. Some minor noise from tenants above us that sounded like stomping but likely just normally walking around.

Perfect girls trip condo

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo. We were able to get in a bit earlier which was nice. It was clean and updated. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Some places I’ve stayed at didn’t provide the necessities. It’s a cheap Uber ride downtown and I would definitely recommend this place!

We had a great stay! Everything was there that we needed for a few days. We appreciate the towels and the little things like dish soap. We were happy that it really was a good location to get to the beach, gas, food, and the pier with our kids. The parking spaces were great and good instructions on where and also how to get into the place. The place was very clean, we only saw random pieces of little hair on the walls of one of the showers but very spotless otherwise. The bathroom suite shower curtain did not fit well so would move around as the water was on. The other one was fine. That didn’t affect our stay but wanted to give feedback on what we noticed. Thank you, it was an amazing trip and a nice place to be when not at the beach.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 88 Union Ave., Old Orchard Beach, Maine is a really nice play to stay for an extended period -- as we did -- of three weeks. The place is exceptionally well-appointed, excellent air conditioning, top of the line appliances, nice furniture, and has virtually everything you might need to make your holiday easy. Each unit of the six has its own small balcony and camp chairs are provided so you can have your morning coffee and read your newspaper. It is dog friendly so we would on occasion run into other canine guests which would cause a minor ruckus but everyone was tolerant which made it comfortable to be there. We found lots of worthwhile places to pick up coffee, sandwiches, ice cream, lobster rolls, and various ethnic cuisines. The neighborhood is varied with lovely homes interspersed with what look like tear downs, at the same time it feels safe to walk around any time day or night and is pretty quiet. Just a 10 minute walk to the ocean beach which is glorious. Not unusual to find dozens of people watching the sunrise with awe and reverence.
