Escape to the peaceful Los Brazos Treehouse on the Brazos Riverfront (just 40 miles west of Fort Worth). With room for 8-12 guests, enjoy serene views, wildlife watching, and a variety of outdoor activities. The home sits on the 2nd floor. It has a wrap-around balcony with direct views of the river. The living room offers plenty of room to socialize with friends and family, including a foosball table.

The kitchen was recently renovated and has a complete stove top and oven with cooking and baking essentials (we also provide snacks, tea and coffee). The dining table can fit 12 people. There is also an additional fridge out on the balcony where laundry is.

The bedrooms have king, full, and twin-sized beds and there are additional pullout couches in the living room. There is a desk and chair workspace area that is semi-private (perfect for remote workers).

Right below the home, there's a basketball court, fire pit, giant hammock, outdoor grill, corn hole, and a tire swing for some fun and relaxation. There are also a variety of games and activities indoors!!

-The stairs to enter the home are very steep at the top. Anyone traveling with kids under the age of 8 will need to assist them. Please use caution at all times. Children should always be supervised at the property and near the river. River levels can fluctuate.

Entire space is included in this rental. Keyless self-check-in. Parking is available on the property, having a car is suggested. Please make yourself at home!!

Please remember that you’re staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect.

If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7. Please notify us of concerns!

We do pest control monthly but cannot prevent outside bugs from entering. The home is in a semi-remote, rural area.

For non-emergency issues, we don't send maintenance to the property during your stay.

All guests must be 21 years old or older except for children with parents. 12 people max. Nightly rate increases after 7 guests. Please have an accurate guest count.

Early check-in/late check-out is possible if the home is available. Additional fee applies.

Pets are welcome on a case by case basis. An additional fee per pet applies.

Please book with honesty. We are a drug-free, illegal activity-free, and party-free zone! Failure to comply will result in fees and possible eviction without refund

Note that lawn maintenance is done every Friday, please do not disturb the workers.
