This beautiful 1 bedroom 1 bath condo also hosts hall bunks and a sleeper sofa!! ONLY STEPS away from putting your toes in the water! This 3rd floor condo is a dream! Sip coffee while sitting almost eye level with the rushing waves! Paradise does exist!
This vacation condo is located in Westwind, a low density remodeled building... with plenty of room to spread out on the beach! Conveniently located close to surf shops, restaurants, entertainment and more!!
Experience this desirable location in Gulf Shores located within walking distance to several attractions including: The Hangout, Bahama Bob's, Janino's Pizza, and Surf Shops!
You are a short drive to Waterville, The Original Oyster House, Shrimp Basket, shopping, Go-carts, putt putt golf, grocery stores, Walmart, and more!
Guests reserving must be 25 years or older to rent and must be in attendance for this property

Washer/Dryer located in condo.
White coverlets on beds are rotated and washed after each guest to ensure proper sanitizing throughout the unit!

You will receive a follow up email after you book and check-in information will be sent a day prior to your stay.
Covered parking is for owners but beneficial for guests while loading and unloading in different weather conditions. Your parking pass is automatically added to your reservation. The parking pass will be left in the unit for your connivence. Guests are only allowed ONE parking pass.
Complimentary STARTER supply of shampoos, soaps, one dish detergent pod, one load of laundry detergent, one toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, and one trash bag per trash can is provided. You will be responsible for supplying the remainder of supplies needed for the duration of your stay. Our goal is for you to not have to rush to the store to fight the crowds the first night you arrive.

Perfect condo on the beach

We are frequent travelers to Gulf Shores but generally rent a house with our family. This trip was for just my husband and I so we picked a condo. This place had all the amenities you could ask for. The view was incredible. The condo was tidy and comfortable. My only real complaint was the parking situation . The actual parking spots are fairly small and the second night there- we came back after dinner and were left with 3 open parking spot options and could not fit into any of them. We drove a mid sized crossover suv for reference. As my husband was trying to shimmy into a spot (where we had zero idea how he would open the door to get out of the car once in the spot)- a spot next to the building opened up and we were able to grab that one. I saw the next morning someone on a large pickup truck had parked on one of the many open spots under the building (which are reserved for owners) and had a bright red warning ticket on his windshield. I felt bad for them because we were on the verge of having to utilize that area the night before. Lastly- there is beach chair/ umbrella rentals by IKE’S on the beach. They set up chairs early and anyone who has a tent / canopy are asked to put theirs up towards the back of the beach. This wasn’t an issue- just a heads up for anyone who brings their own beach tents. All in all it was a lovely stay and we hope to return again!

Perfect trip

Being so close to the ocean was awesome! It made it easy for to go back and forth with the kids. We all really loved watching the dolphins from the balcony. Also the door code was super convenient! We never had to worry about getting up to the room and not having a key card!

Quiet and clean apartment/condo. Loved sitting on the balcony looking on the gulf, especially when I was drinking my coffee in the morning. I loved my stay, wished I could have staid longer and want to come back.

Wow, that view!

Week between Christmas and New Years!

Always been on my bucket list to be on the beach the week after Christmas!! Our stay in 302 Westwind was the best! Clean, quiet, comfortable and best location on beach!! We have booked with Elite Vacation Rentals twice, far superior to other rentals in area!!

Weekend Getaway

My wife and I stayed the weekend in Westwinds 302 and were very pleased with the room. Perfect size for two people and very clean. Also, nothing in the room was worn out or broken.

Great view from balcony

Great view from the balcony, could see dolphins and other fish swimming in the Gulf. On 3rd floor, so steps to the beach-elevator was down briefly but we used steps most of the time anyway. If you are bringing older kids, space was tight but views and location was great! Mile walk to the Hangout and we also walked to souvenir shops.

What a view!

LOVE this view and only few steps to the beach. Well stocked kitchen, cooked every day. LOVE that the housekeeping service actually washes the top comforters as well as the sheets after every stay! We h had starter coffee and supplies, laundry and dish soap starter, even salt, pepper and some spices...all went a long way to make arriving and unpacking so much easier. That first aid kit came in handy also!

Above and Beyond

We only stayed one night in this property and it was fine. The problem was it had three floors and the elevator quit working and it was going to be down for four days. My husband has bad knees and could not possible climb the steps for that many days. The management company ELITE was so wonderful they moved us to another Elite property the next day and it was simply beautiful it was above and beyond our expectations. I would highly recommend the Elite group.

Beautiful location!

We stayed at this property for a month. We had a wonderful time. The view was awesome and the condo was great. The kitchen could use some updates but overall it was very nice. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful condo!!

This condo is beautiful, very clean, comfortable and well stocked with every you need. The pictures on the VRBO web site are exactly as it is. The security person was very friendly and accommodating. Check in was easy and our service representative was very helpful and professional. I would highly recommend this condo!! We had a great stay!!
